  • 110 ml of wine (white or red);
  • teaspoon of paprika;
  • a pinch of sugar and cinnamon;
  • parsley greens.

Cooking method:

  1. Sprinkle fish steaks with salt, season with citrus juice and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Chop the onion into thin quarters and pass until soft in olive oil.
  3. Tomatoes are cut into cubes and spread to the onion. After five minutes, pour the wine, add the tomato paste, which must be diluted in advance in 50 ml of water. And also add all the spices, including salt. Tomim sauce for 15 minutes.
