Zrazy is a stuffed meatloaf. The dish is present in the national cuisine of Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania. Chicken images can be with vegetable, mushroom, cheese filling - it all depends on taste preferences.

Chicken meat is considered dietary meat. Chicken zrazy with light filling are perfect for baby food, diversify the menu of pregnant women.

Simple chicken zrazy in a pan

Salted olives filling will add a special flavor to the dish.

Product List:

  • minced chicken - 0.7 kg;
  • white bread - 100 g;
  • milk - 125 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • olives - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • any greens - 2 bunches;
  • breadcrumbs for breading - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • odorless oil for frying.

Order of preparation:

  1. Add the milk to the loaf cut into pieces.
  2. Leave for a quarter of an hour. Wring.
  3. Pass through a meat grinder, add to the minced meat and mix.
  4. Add egg, spices to the mixture and mix again.
  5. The resulting mass is divided into several parts. We make a cake, put the chopped olives inside and grind the edges (like a pie).
  6. Bread zrazy in breadcrumbs and spread on a preheated pan.
  7. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
  8. Sprinkle the finished dish abundantly with herbs and serve.

Served with boiled potatoes or buckwheat. Separately, you can serve a salad of fresh vegetables.

How to make in a slow cooker

Chicken zrazy in a slow cooker are prepared in many ways. The “Frying” program produces a crisp, and when using the “Baking” mode, the products come out juicy, cook quickly, and turn out to be delicious.

The list of ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 250 g;
  • bulb;
  • boiled egg - 1 pc.;
  • green onions - a bunch;
  • parsley - a bunch;
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • flavourless oil - 50 ml.

Cooking Technique:

  1. Grind all the greens, add the grated egg and mix.
  2. We install the program “Frying”, pour oil into the bowl of the multicooker and spread the chopped onions. Fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add fried onions to the egg and greens mixture, mix well.
  4. Stuffing mix with spices.
  5. We divide the meat mass into 4 parts and form cakes. In the middle of each we put the filling, connect the edges.
  6. Install the program "Frying" for 17 minutes. In a bowl we spread zrazy boned in breadcrumbs.
  7. Cook with the lid open until the sound signal, periodically turning over.

Rolls are cooked quickly and are very tasty. In a slow cooker, not even an experienced hostess will easily cook them.

With the addition of cheese and eggs

Chicken zrazy with cheese are perfect as a second course.

 

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 0.6 kg;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • cheese - 250 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • greens (any one will do) - 20 g (bunch);
  • clove of garlic.
  • breadcrumbs for breading - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • spices to taste.

For zraz it is better to take mozzarella. Under the influence of temperature, the cheese will melt, but will not spread. When the rolls have cooled, the filling will remain soft and tender, not rubber.

Order of preparation:

  1. Boil 2 eggs, the third will go to mincemeat.
  2. Cut greens and garlic as finely as possible, add chopped eggs, grated cheese and butter, salt and mix.
  3. Break the egg into the meat of a mechanical boning, add chopped onions, spices and mix.
  4. From a piece of minced meat we form a cake, put the filling in the middle and connect the edges.
  5. Fry both sides of bread rolls.

The convenience of preparing zraz is that it takes very little time to prepare the filling.

Chicken Breast Cutlets

Zrazy with boiled buckwheat will be appreciated by children who do not like porridge. Buckwheat cutlets can be safely attributed to the list of healthy dishes.

Required Products:

  • chicken breast - 550 g;
  • buckwheat - 125 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • butter, preferably with high fat content - 20 g;
  • flour - 50 g;
  • sunflower oil - 70 g;
  • salt - ½ tsp

Cooking in steps:

  1. Boil buckwheat until cooked, put fatty butter in it.
  2. Make minced meat from the breast, add the egg, salt and mix.
  3. Form cakes, put buckwheat in the center and connect the edges.
  4. Roll zrazy in flour and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side.

If you pour in sour cream sauce and put in the oven for 20 minutes, the dish will turn out to be especially tender and perfect for baby food.

Cooking with mushrooms

Zrazy with mushrooms and chicken are perfect for a festive table or a family dinner. It is better to take forest mushrooms: ceps, boletus, oyster mushrooms or chanterelles.

Ingredients:

  • chicken thigh - 6 pcs.;
  • porcini mushrooms (frozen or fresh) - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • breadcrumbs - 0.5 cups;
  • cheese - 50-70 g;
  • one egg;
  • sunflower oil;
  • spices - optional.

Order of preparation:

  1. Separate the thigh fillet from the bone. In meat departments you can buy boneless fillet.
  2. Finely chop the onion and lightly fry. Add the boiled mushrooms to the onion, mix and pass for another 5-7 minutes, without covering.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, spread the contents of the pan onto a plate. Add cheese and spices grated on a coarse grater, mix well.
  4. We beat the piece of fillet with a kitchen hammer as thin as possible, add a little salt and pepper.
  5. Put the filling on the fillet and twist the roll.
  6. Break the egg into a separate plate and shake it slightly. Pour crackers into another container.
  7. Alternately, we lower the zrazy into the plates with the egg and breadcrumbs. Put in a baking dish, put on top a few small pieces of butter.
  8. We bake the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

The finished dish is best served with sour cream. The fermented milk product will give it a more intense taste.

Oven Chicken Stuffing Recipe

Dishes from chicken and vegetables in the oven leave no one indifferent.

The following ingredients will be needed:

  • mechanically deboned chicken - 0.6 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • egg;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • salt.

Order of preparation:

  1. Boil potatoes and knead in mashed potatoes.
  2. Three peeled carrots on a medium grater and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes, carrots and salt.
  4. Add the egg to the meat, salt and mix.
  5. We make tortillas from minced meat, put vegetable filling in the middle and form zrazy. We put in a baking dish, cook for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Chicken zrazy is a delicious and nutritious dish. They can be cooked in a pan, in the oven, in a slow cooker. A variety of fillings will satisfy the taste of anyone.
