Cooking sequence:
- Wash the meat, wipe with a napkin and cut into small square pieces.
- Place the pork in a pan with heated oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown, adding salt, seasonings and pepper.

- large fresh tomatoes or tomato puree;
- parsley root;
- pod of hot bell pepper;
- salt and seasoning;
- bay leaves.
Operating procedure:
