Casserole is a dish with a talking name. Usually it is cooked in the oven. But it’s much simpler, and, most importantly, a microwave casserole is faster.

Most often it is made on the basis of cottage cheese. But, in addition to this, there are many other equally interesting options when various vegetables, cereals, meat, as well as pasta and bakery products are used as ingredients.

Microwave Curd Casserole in 5 Minutes

For starters, you can try cooking a diet casserole. The fact is that in it there are practically no energy-intensive products such as sugar, starch, wheat flour and semolina. Nevertheless, this dish turns out to be unusually tasty and healthy.

To prepare it you will need:

• 100 grams of cottage cheese;
• 2 tablespoons of ground oatmeal;
• ½ part medium banana;
• 1 egg;
• 20 grams of raisins.
You can make such a casserole in just 5 minutes. To do this:
1. Cut a banana into small pieces.
2. Grind oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder.
3. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
4. Alternately add the remaining products to it in the following order: egg - cereal - raisins - banana. After each ingredient, the mass must be mixed with an ordinary spoon or fork.
5. Put the bowl in the chamber of the microwave.
6. Set the power to 800 watts and set the timer for 3 minutes.

Potato casserole is equally tasty. True, such a dish is unsafe for the figure, since the ingredients that make up its composition cannot be called dietary.

For this casserole you will need:

• 7 medium potatoes;
• 2 small onions;
• 400 grams of any stuffing;
• 1 egg;
• breadcrumbs;
• 60 grams of butter;
• salt;
• spices;
• some of any vegetable oil (for processing molds).

How to make a delicious casserole from these products:

1. Finely chop the onion.
2. Place it with minced meat in a heat-resistant dish, pour oil and put in the oven chamber. Fry at full power, stirring occasionally.
3. Wash the peeled potatoes, cut into pieces and put in a deep container. Add some water.
4. Put the dishes in the microwave and cook until the potatoes are soft (about 8 minutes). After this, the container must be covered with a lid and wait no more than three minutes.
5. Separately, in a bowl, beat the butter with whole milk, ground pepper and salt. Warm this mass in the chamber for just a couple of minutes, and then combine it with boiled potatoes and grind.
6. Add the egg to the cooked puree and beat well until smooth.

• 200 grams of noodles;
• 1 raw egg;
• 150 grams of minced meat;
• 20 grams of butter;
• 1 onion;
• 50 grams of cheese (hard);
• salt;
• a couple of cloves of garlic;
• breadcrumbs.
How to cook a casserole from such ingredients? The work must be carried out in stages:
1. Chop onion with garlic, combine them with minced meat and mix well.
2. Cook the noodles "al dente" in salt water, and then strain. The pasta should cool slightly.
3. Combine the beaten eggs with noodles and mix.
4. Put part of this mass on the bottom of the mold, smeared with oil from the inside.
5. Put a layer of meat filling on top.

• 50 grams of canned corn;
• 30 grams of wheat flour;

It is not necessary to immediately get the finished casserole out of the chamber. It’s better to let her stand for another 10 minutes. After that, the casserole will only have to be cut into pieces, put in portioned plates and serve, sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs.
