  1. First of all, you need to turn on the oven 200 degrees.
  2. Peel the potatoes and put them in cold water.
  3. Cut it into small cubes.
  4. Take bulk dishes and put chopped vegetables in it. Pour in water and boil the potatoes until soft. In the process of cooking, do not forget to salt everything.
  5. Heat the milk. You do not need to boil it.
  6. When the potatoes are boiled, drain the water, but not completely. Using a crush, turn it into mashed potatoes while adding milk.
  7. When the potato will have a uniform consistency, add a piece of oil to it and a little pepper. All mix.
  8. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut off the skin and fat from it.

  • mayonnaise - 0.1 kg;
  • vegetable oil - to lubricate the multicooker bowl;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the onion finely, add it to the minced pork. Salt it a little, add spices, mix everything.
  2. Peel the potatoes. Cut it into thin plates.
  3. Now do the filling: 1) Rinse the eggs with soda. 2) Prepare a deep plate and break the eggs into it. 3) Add 100 g of mayonnaise. 4) Throw 2 tablespoons of flour. 5) Add 100 g of sour cream. 6) Salt. 7) Now take a whisk and beat everything until a homogeneous consistency.   • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • bay leaf - 2 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - for frying vegetables;
  • meat broth - 0.2 l;
  • hard cheese - 0.1 kg;
  • onions - 2 heads.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Grind the garlic using a press.
  3. Peel the carrots, cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut seeds from pepper. Cut it into thin rings or medium cubes.
  5. Lubricate the pan with oil, fry vegetables on it, for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add ground beef to them, add a little salt to it. Stir everything constantly so that the meat does not stick together.
  7. Fry meat with vegetables until rosy.
  8. Now put flour and tomato paste in the pan. All mix. Fry this mixture for about 5 minutes.
  9. Pour the broth into the meat. Reduce the fire.

  • champignons - 0.5 kg;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  1. First, let's take care of the mushrooms: 1) Rinse the mushrooms several times. 2) Cut off all the dark parts and cut off the lower parts of the legs. 3) Cut the mushrooms into plates. 4) Heat the oil in a pan and put the mushrooms in it. 5) They immediately let the juice, salt the mushrooms and cover them with a lid, let them stew in their juice. 6) Finely chop all 3 onions. 2 of them will go to mincemeat, and only one - to mushrooms. 7) When the water from the mushrooms evaporates, add one chopped onion to them. 8) Fry the mushrooms with onions until a rosy shade.

  • margarine - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • minced pork - 0.5 kg;
  • cheese - 0.1 kg;
  • onions - 1 head.

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat.
  2. In addition to onions, it is necessary to add salt and seasonings to the meat. Mix everything.
  3. Take the plastic wrap and tighten the container with minced meat. Put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to marinate the minced meat.
  4. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin circles. Mix with salt and seasoning. Leave the potatoes to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Take margarine and grease them with a baking tray.
  6. Conditionally divide the potatoes into 2 parts. Put 1 serving in a mold.
  7. Put all the pickled pork minced meat on top.

  12. Grate all the cheese on a coarse grater.
  13. Rinse the tomato and cut it into thin rings.
  14. After 40-50 minutes from the start of cooking, remove the pan from the oven.
