Classic Fried Apples

  3. Peel the apples and remove the core. Sour fruits are better for this recipe, otherwise the dish will be cloyingly sweet.
  4. Cut apples into rings or slices - as convenient.
  5. Dip the apples in the dough and cook in well-heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
  6. To excess glass oil, ready apples are laid out on a wire rack or several layers of napkins.
  7. Before serving, pour honey or serve separately.

Cooking with Caramel

To cook apples in a pan with caramel, you need to take the following ingredients:

  • four apples;
  • 4 tbsp. l premium flour;
  • 0.5 tbsp. granulated sugar;
  • 0.5 tbsp. water;
  • one egg;
  • vegetable oil.

Technology:

  1. Put the sifted flour into a deep bowl, pour cold water into a thin stream, stirring constantly. The dough should not have lumps.
  2. Salt the egg with a pinch of salt and beat. Pour into the dough, mix.
