- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Grease a baking sheet (preferred size - 25x40 cm) with butter.
- Gently pour the dough onto a metal sheet, making sure that it is distributed evenly over it.

- active dry yeast - 10 g;
- granulated sugar - 35 g;
- warm water - 300 ml;

- We attach 90 ml of the remaining warm water, mix the entire contents of the bowl.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it becomes homogeneous and stretching.
- Grease a large bowl with vegetable oil, put the dough in it. We cover the container with a damp towel, leave it warm for an hour. We crush the risen dough, leave for another 10 minutes.
- Carefully divide the product into 8 parts, arrange them in the form of balls.
- Squeeze the middle in each product with your finger, slightly flatten and spread on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
- Cover the blanks with a damp towel, leave for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Boil water in a saucepan, reduce heat, lower bagels into a liquid. Its amount is adjustable according to preference. We cook 1 minute, turn each bagel and wait another minute. To get more dense bagels, increase the heat treatment time of each side to 2 minutes.

You will need:
- butter - 180 g;
- apricot jam - 120 g;
- sugar - 100 g;
- flour - 420 g;

- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a small bowl, mix the butter, yolks and sugar. At the same time, add portions of flour until a soft, uniform dough is obtained.
