Blueberry and Violet Cheesecake
A simple and at the same time brilliant idea to combine such components as blueberries and violets. The resulting design is complemented by decor in the form of elderberry branches, as well as candied berries and wildflowers.
Sponge Moss Cake with Lemon and Nettle
This beautiful cake is covered with a special biscuit moss, which is colored with spinach dye. The dessert has a pronounced and mouth-watering lemon aroma.
Elderberry and Rhubarb Magic Cake (with edible butterflies)
Such a dessert composition deserves to be on the royal menu. As an added bonus, the craftswoman made edible butterflies from saffron-dyed wafer paper.
Blueberry-Jasmine Sea Foam Pie
This delicate blue cake is made using natural blueberry dye, and the sugar “sea foam” gives it an incredible texture. The design is inspired by the day Miss Wondersmith spent on the Pacific coast.
Elderberry Kurdish Chocolate Pie
The classic autumn cake is complemented with elderberry, which creates a bright and juicy filling. The dessert on top is decorated with a variety of purple fruits.
Pie with mountain ash with edible "raven skulls"
This design is made especially for Halloween. Berries of tart mountain ash combined with delicate ginger cakes create a whole gamut of taste. At the top of the cake is covered with edible "crow skulls", which are made of marzipan.
Sugar Plum Pie
In this dessert, the dough is colored purple with berry sauce. Cakes made like charlotte. The craftswoman prepared the fruits and soaked them in brandy and aromatic herbs. Then the dough is poured onto fruit and baked until cooked. At the top, the item is decorated with berries and lots of sugar.
Saffron and Pear Wine Cake
The design is complemented by fresh flowers, which can also be eaten.
Royal Cake with Acorns and Bourbon
The unique combination of flour, acorns and bourbon make this cake taste fantastic. The acorns are ground into flour and added to the dough. Surprisingly, this flour tastes sweet and resembles caramel.
"Curly" pie with balsamic strawberry tart
The filling is made of yogurt and strawberries, and the cakes are saturated with balsamic sauce. Butterflies are edible.
Wild rose oat cake
Another unexpected but tasty combination!
Pie with olive oil and pine nuts
The dessert is gluten free and its design is inspired by a classic Greek pie.
Sugar bread with cattail pollen
The delicate floral aroma of cattail pollen is absolutely delicious with apricot jam and pine nuts!
Cornbread with goldenrod
This slightly sweetened corn bread has a wonderful goldenrod flavor. At the top of the dessert is decorated with seeds, dates and cashews.
Wild Goji Berry Pie
The traditional Irish Halloween treat is sweet yeast bread. Miss Wondersmith filled the dessert with all kinds of berries, then baked everything and covered it with natural orange glaze from goji berries.
