“I’ve never really been addicted to software,” says Julien. “But I am impressed by the very ability to surprise people. I feel that I can bring something fresh to their daily lives. “My creations help me cope with boredom, escape from routine, and see things from a new perspective.”
Why animals?
The Frenchwoman also explains why animals appear in her works for the most part. “Our smaller brothers are different from people. They are more humble, and not proud of their destructive deeds, like people. Nature, unlike man, is harmonious. Therefore, I like to fantasize about my animals. So it’s like I’m creating my own alternative reality in which all these creatures come to life. ”
