Delicious Chicken Goulash with Gravy

Homemade meat goulash is a great opportunity to quickly feed your family. At the same time, such a dish is prepared simply and quickly, and for the recipe you can take any meat, including chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 650 g of poultry fillet;
  • two medium carrots;
  • two small onions;
  • 320 ml of broth;
  • two tablespoons of flour;
  • two cloves of garlic.

Cooking method:

  1. We cut the poultry meat into small sticks, chop the onion into quarters, cut the carrots into thin strips. In addition to carrots and onions, other vegetables can be added to goulash, for example, celery or bell pepper.
  2. Take a deep frying pan or stewpan, pour the oil (odorless), begin to passer vegetables, first carrots, then onions.
  3. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, lay the meat and fry until golden brown, then salt, sprinkle with flour, mix so that it is evenly distributed over all the pieces. Pour the broth (vegetable, meat), simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Then put chopped garlic, bay leaf and other spices, such as Provence herbs. Stew for a couple of minutes, and remove from the stove.

  • 550 g of poultry fillet;
  • one onion and one carrot;
  • large fruit of sweet pepper;
  • 65 ml tomato puree;
  • two tablespoons of ketchup.

Cooking method:

  1. We cut the poultry meat into small pieces. We chop the onion in half rings, carrots and pepper - in strips. To make the goulash juicy and beautiful at the same time, do not use a grater to chop vegetables.
  2. So how to cook goulash. First, pass the onions until transparent, then put the carrots.
  3. Once the vegetables are well cooked, lay the meat, and after five minutes add sweet pepper.
  4. In a small bowl we put tomato puree, ketchup, pour a little salt and pepper, stir.
  5. If the meat has become golden, then you can pour tomato sauce and two glasses of water (broth), simmer the dish for 15 minutes.

Chicken breast goulash with mushrooms

Goulash is a practical and tasty dish. At the same time, meat can be cooked with different gravy and other ingredients, for example, with mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  • poultry breasts;
  • large onion;
  • 280 g of mushrooms;
  • a glass of cream (sour cream);
  • a spoonful of flour.

Cooking method:

  1. For the recipe, you can use the mushrooms you like more. In this case, take champignons, which are most often used in cooking.
  2. Fry the meat pieces in a deep pan until golden. We spread the meat and begin to fry the finely chopped onions until they are transparent. Then we put champignon plates to it and fry until the liquid evaporates completely. To prevent the mushrooms from darkening during frying, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  3. Now we return the meat to the pan, salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour in a couple of minutes, mix thoroughly so that there are no clots.   2. Before introducing the flour, it must be browned in a dry pan and then mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. After pouring the cream, put the butter, warm and fill in the grated Parmesan, add salt and the mixture with pepper, simmer the goulash for 15 minutes.

In spicy garlic sauce
