Cooking:

  1. First you need to do the sauce. Season raw yolks with salt, sugar and beat.
  2. Pour olive oil into them a little while continuing to work as a mixer. Add mustard, grated Parmesan, cut into small pieces fish fillet, garlic, lime juice and soy sauce. Treat all components with a submersible blender.

Ingredients:

  • 1 average jar of pickled whole mushrooms;
  • 250 g of boiled poultry fillet;
  • 150 g of pickles;
  • 3 medium boiled potatoes;
  • 1 boiled carrot;
  • 100 g of "Russian" cheese;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • fresh parsley;
  • salt, spices, classic mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Tighten the detachable form with two layers of cling film. Put mushrooms on the bottom with the caps down. They should completely cover the container and settle fairly tightly to each other.
  2. Fill the remaining gaps between the mushrooms with coarsely chopped fresh parsley.

  • 1 onion;
  • 3 boiled eggs;

  • 100 g of "Russian" cheese;

  • 17 - 20 pcs. large potato chips;
  • 1 can of pitted olives;
  • parsley.

Cooking:

  1. Cheese "Russian" rubbed too finely. Chop the onion randomly with a sharp knife. Chop smoked meat into large cubes.
  2. Peel and finely chop the mushrooms. Eggs are divided into components. Rub the squirrels coarsely, and simply stretch the yolks with a fork.
  3. Fry onion with mushrooms until tender. Salt and cool.
  4. Put meat with salted mayonnaise on a round plate and pour the cooled roast on top.
  5. Distribute the egg white with a thin layer of sauce and then pour cheese chips with mayonnaise.

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar.

Cooking:

  1. All products should be refrigerated in advance.
  2. Free the seeds from the watermelon flesh and cut into even, neat cubes of medium size.
  3. Grind cheese and cucumbers without skin in the same way. The size of the pieces of all components should be the same. This is important because the appetizer will be shaped in a special way.
  4. Put 9 different tasty cubes on a plate with a square. Place the next layer of components on top. On each plate create a delicious “Rubik's Cube”. In total, a serving will have 3 layers of 9 different pieces.
