Let's start all the same with a sweet treat - a popular waffle cake with condensed milk. To get a taste of childhood, bake homemade waffles ourselves. What products are needed for this recipe?

  • wheat flour and granulated sugar - a glass of one and the other;
  • natural cow butter - 100 grams;
  • sour cream (fat) - ½ kilogram;
  • raw eggs - 2 pieces;
  • walnuts - not less than 150 grams;
  • condensed milk (it is better to take boiled) - one jar;
  • baking powder - a teaspoon.

First, knead the dough. Melt the butter in a water bath. We wait until it cools down.

Pour it into a deep bowl or pan. Pour granulated sugar, break the eggs into the container. The contents need to be turned into a dense white foam, so turn on the mixer. When ready, add a glass of warm water. The second time you need to mix gently with a spoon. Combine the flour with baking powder into the total mass and sift. And then slowly, with a thin stream, pour a mixture of bulk products into the sugar-egg composition. The dough should turn out quite liquid, without lumps. From it we bake golden waffles in an electric waffle iron.

Now do the cream. Beat condensed milk and sour cream with a mixer until a lush cream comes out. We interfere with chopped and slightly fried kernels of nuts. Lubricate each cake with a sweet nutty composition and collect the cake. Do not forget to grease the top and sides with cream. And send for a while in the refrigerator to soak.

With curd cream

Waffle cake made from homemade waffles with curd cream, as you know, also refers to sweet desserts. But he is not as fat as the previous one. We make cakes in the same way as described above.

And create the cream from:

  • cottage cheese - take 200 grams;
  • cream of 20 percent fat content - 100 grams;
  • gelatin - 10 gram sachet;
  • granulated sugar - ½ cup;
  • vanillin - a drop.

Immediately fill the gelatin with warm water, following the instructions on the package.

In an enameled pan we combine cottage cheese, vanilla, granulated sugar and cream. We turn everything into a homogeneous composition. You can use a mixer. Pour gelatin into an almost finished cream. Mix again, but now without fanaticism, with a spoon.

Leave the mass alone for a couple of hours - let it thicken. When the cream reaches the desired consistency, we coat them with cakes and add them to one another. The sides and the top of the cake are also not overlooked.

If such a cream seems boring, You can add nuts, candied fruits, chocolate chips or chopped dried fruits to it before thickening. Kids will be thrilled.

Custard Recipe

Another option for a sweet waffle treat is to use custard for the cake. With such an additive, the dessert will be good in any case - at least from your own baked waffles or from waffle cakes bought at the supermarket. But in the second case, there is a significant advantage - saving time.

How to bake waffles, already told.

If they are in store, we only prepare a cream of:

  • milk - half a liter;
  • raw eggs - two pieces;
  • butter - enough 100 grams;
  • granulated sugar - ½ cup;
  • flour - 50 grams.

Beat eggs with granulated sugar better with a mixer. Sugar-egg mixture is sent to a water bath. By the way some recommend using only yolks for custard. You can try both methods and decide what you like best.

Pour milk into a thin stream and whisk without stopping. As soon as we see that the mixture began to boil, we send the flour. We will do this carefully, pour right under the mixer blades. Step by step cooking with chocolate

  • boiled chicken breast - 200 grams;
  • bulb;
  • boiled carrots - two root crops;
  • champignons (pickled, but not sharp) - a jar;
  • hard-boiled eggs, a pair of pieces;
  • Bell pepper;
  • mayonnaise and spices;
  • garlic - at least three cloves.

Grind the mushrooms and onion head. They have to be slightly fried in a pan with vegetable oil - literally two or three minutes. As soon as all the liquid has evaporated, add chopped chicken, very finely chopped garlic, salt and selected spices to the onion-mushroom mixture. Warm up another minute.

We remove the peel from the peppers, remove the seeds, cut them as finely as we can. To do this it was more convenient, you can send pepper in the microwave for two minutes.

Carrots and eggs are passed through a grater with medium cells: each component is rubbed into a separate bowl and sent to it by a clove of garlic treated with garlic gum.

It's time to collect the snack cake. The first cake is covered with a layer of onions and herring, the second - with mushrooms and onions, not sparing, with mayonnaise, the third cake is hidden under carrots, and it is under mayonnaise.
