A wonderful dessert, whose roots go back to Louis XV. It was in his kitchen that this light and airy dessert was first created. Each member of the family will appreciate the curd souffle, and for its preparation complex and intricate products are not required.

Curd souffle in the oven

Souffle is not only a light dessert, but also very nutritious.

To cook the curd souffle in the oven you will need the following products:

  • half a kilogram of home-made cottage cheese;
  • 25 g butter;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 15 g of poppy (optional);
  • 80 g of sugar;
  • 55 g semolina;
  • one apple.

Cooking process:

  1. Rub the cottage cheese in a large container with a spoon until smooth.
  2. We combine semolina with cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks and whip the whites to a thick foam. The degree of “airiness” of the dessert is easy to adjust. The more dense and elastic the protein mass turns out, the more airy the curd soufflé will be.
  4. Add sugar or powdered sugar to the proteins.
  5. Add the yolks to the curd and pour the whipped whites.
  6. Add the butter and mix well the resulting mass.
  7. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Add apple and poppy seeds to the curd substance.
  8. We spread the resulting dough in special cupcake tins and bake in the oven for about half an hour.

Such a curd souffle in the oven is prepared quickly enough and does not require much effort to treat unexpected guests or to please loved ones with a delicious breakfast.

Cooking process:

  1. Put cottage cheese with sour cream in a bowl. Separate the whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the curd.
  2. Add starch to the mixture and beat the mass with a whisk until completely homogeneous.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the squirrels (it is important that the bowl is completely dry, otherwise the squirrels will not reach the “peaks”). When the proteins become sufficiently dense and elastic, we begin to gradually add sugar.
  4. Connect the two masses. Pour the whites into the cottage cheese. Mix without using a whisk. Carefully mix the protein mixture into the curd.
  5. We cook in a slow cooker, directly in the thicket, or in silicone form for a cake. We set the "Baking" mode. Baking will take about an hour. After finishing, do not immediately open the multicooker; you must allow the dessert to cool, otherwise it will “fall” and not be airy.
  6. We decorate the finished yummy at our discretion. You can sprinkle with icing sugar or doused with chocolate ganache.

Curd soufflé, prepared with the addition of gelatin, always turns out to be more airy and light. Guests will appreciate the velvety and sophistication of taste.

For cooking you will need:

Cooking process:

  1. First you need to combine in a deep plate cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

  3. We use instant powdered gelatin. It must be dissolved in a hot liquid. We look at the ratio of gelatin and water on the packaging. The proportions depend on the type of gelatin.
  4. Once again, beat the curd mass, but with the help of a whisk, which will saturate the mixture with oxygen bubbles.
  5. Through a fine strainer, pour the dissolved gelatin into the mass and mix well. We put the dough in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that the gelatin “grabs” a little.
  6. Next, you need to beat the cooled mass until then, until it becomes airy. You can skip this step, but in the end it will turn out not a curd souffle, but just jelly from the curd.
  7. Add whipped cream to the curd dough, gently mixing them into the mass.
  8. We spread the dessert in portioned glasses or plates and leave it to freeze in the refrigerator. Souffle with gelatin will be ready in one and a half hours.
