Cooking.

  1. Wash the peeled carrots and grate on the finest grater (chopped vegetables should completely fill a glass with a volume of 250 ml).
  2. In a multicooker bowl, combine the carrots with 2 tablespoons of butter, washed with raisins and 20 g of sugar.
  3. Cook the mixture in the “Baking” mode for about 8 minutes. Stir several times in the process, cool after cooking.

  • sugar — 2 large spoons;
  • milk - 190 ml;
  • cottage cheese - 190 g;

  • a little salt;

Cooking.

  • starch — 40 g.

Cooking.

  1. Grind washed and peeled carrots on a fine grater and stew for 15 minutes in a small amount of water and oil.
  2. Beat softened butter with 1 or 2 eggs (depending on their size).
  3. Combine the beaten egg with the carrot mass.
  4. Steam raisins in hot water for 10-15 minutes (chop slightly roasted nuts).
  5. Add flour and nuts (raisins) to the carrot, mix.
  6. Cook the carrot layer in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
