With semolina

With pasta
Having prepared such a dish, you can honestly tell the child that it is from pasta. And it is not necessary to mention about cottage cheese so that the little stubborn “out of principle” does not refuse to eat.
For this recipe, the following must be in stock:
- fresh cottage cheese - from 400 to 500 grams;
- pasta (preferably small) - 150-200 grams;
- granulated sugar - half a glass;
- fresh testicles - 4 pieces;
- ¾ cup sour cream;
- one and a half to two table. tablespoons of oil (not just vegetable, but creamy);
- a little salt.
We start cooking.
- We cook pasta in slightly salt water. As usual, we wait until water drains from them through a colander.
- Add oil to them. Mix. When they become slightly colder, add one egg to the mixture (first it will need to be beaten).
- In a separate deep bowl we put the curd, to it - sour cream, sugar and three remaining eggs. All this is carefully rubbed until the mixture becomes like a homogeneous dough.
- In a confectionery form, we “construct” a kind of cake: we spread layers of pasta and cottage cheese dough in turn. The lower and upper layer should lie pasta.
- To make a shiny golden crust appear, coat the last layer with an egg.
- Twenty minutes later in the oven with a temperature of 170-180 C, it is time to remove the casserole. Let us leave the choice to the child, which is: hot or cold.
No need to open the oven door once againwhile the dish is cooking. From this, it can “deflate” and lose shape.
Add raisins
Raisins add flavor to any meal. If you bake casserole from cottage cheese, as in a kindergarten, using dried grapes, the food will be wonderful.
It needs the following components:
- cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 5% - 200-250 grams;
- a pair of raw eggs;
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of sour cream (best 25% fat);
- 3-4 tablespoons of semolina;
- up to 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- quite a bit of salt;
- a full handful of raisins.
Then we proceed, as instructed.
- Cottage cheese, as in previous recipes, rub, getting rid of lumps.
- Add salt with sugar to it. There are raisins (which we washed and soaked in hot water in advance) and sour cream. Stir the ingredients for the first time.
- It was the turn of decoy. She also goes to the mixture. After that, mix everything again.
- You can move the resulting mass into a baking dish (remember that first you need to grease it with oil). The test should be given a 10-minute “rest”. During this time, semolina will swell.
- We take the last “step” - it’s time to send the workpiece for forty minutes to the oven. The temperature is needed at least 180 C.
- Time is up, the top and sides are browned - which means the casserole with raisins is ready.
We use carrots
If you buy dry, low-fat cottage cheese and juicy carrots, you will be able to bake amazingly delicious and at the same time diet casserole. It is good not only as a healthy breakfast, but it may well replace the factory dessert from the store.
What products will be needed?
- cottage cheese - about 700 grams;
- granulated sugar - 140 grams;
- honey - not less than 4 tablespoons;
- four spoons, but already tea, starch;
- as much semolina:
- carrot - 4 things;
- as many eggs;
- citrus zest (orange or lemon);
- a glass of milk;
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon;
- a bag of vanilla sugar;
- a little (about 40 grams) butter.
We prepared the products, we will act according to plan.
- To start with carrots. We process on a grater with large cells. Pour milk. Flavor with honey, oil. Now we will put out. Somewhere in 10 minutes the vegetable will soften.

Cottage cheese casserole with jam
If you have a microwave, cooking cottage cheese casseroles will take several times less time. To treat your baby with a delicious afternoon snack, you will have to spend no more than 15 minutes, including preparing the dough and baking itself.
The dish is made from:
- cottage cheese (enough 250 gram packs);
- pairs of fresh testicles;
- 2 tablespoons of flour (need corn);
- butter - 20 grams;
- granulated sugar - 50 grams;
- jam.
Further actions are extremely simple.
- All components are mixed. Beat a little with a whisk. Remember that the oil is already soft.
