Ingredients:
- pork neck - 600 g;
- onions - 1 head;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- tomato paste 1 tbsp. l .;
- water - 500 ml;
- spices, salt and pepper - by eye.
Cooking:
- Cut the meat into small pieces. Fry it in a hot pan in a small amount of vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. It is recommended to fry in small portions, so the meat is evenly crusted on all sides. After frying all the parts, combine in a pan and sprinkle with pepper.
