  • black pepper;
  • laurel - 3 leaves;
  • carrot - 2 pcs.;
  • sunflower oil;
  • onion - 3 heads;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Slice the prepared duck into portions.
  2. Place on a hot pan, fry.
  3. Chop the onions in half rings.
  4. Cut the carrots into cubes.
  5. Move the duck into the pan.
  6. Put vegetables in a skillet, stew.
  7. Pour in the paste, mix.
