Hello! Today I will tell you how to cook stewed cabbage with sausages in a slow cooker. Thanks to clever technology, it turns out juicy and non-greasy, since very little oil is needed. In addition, the dish will come out really stewed, not fried, as happens if cooked in a pan.
Note. For those who like more sharply, I recommend using sauerkraut and add a little hot pepper and garlic. Only the main ingredient will need to be drained from the brine, otherwise the dish will be watery.
- Cooking time: 55 minutes.
- Servings Per Container: 5-6.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 600 g;
- sausages - 6-7 pcs.;
- onion - 2 heads;
- large carrots - 2 pcs.;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;

- Introduce water-diluted tomato paste. If you want to add sourness, pour in 1-2 tbsp. l vinegar.And if you cook stewed sauerkraut with sausages in a slow cooker, you can use the remaining brine - so the taste of the finished dish will be more pronounced, with pleasant spicy notes.
- Close the lid of the appliance and turn on the “Extinguishing” mode for half an hour.
- At the end of the program, let the cabbage stand in the slow cooker for about a quarter of an hour.
