- salt and sugar;
- 1 tbsp. water;
- 4 dessert spoons of rice vinegar;
- 350 g chicken fillet;
- 1 cucumber;
- 150 g of cream cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. l flour;
- a small package of nori leaves;
- 1/2 tbsp. breadcrumbs and vegetable oil.
Cooking:
- Boil the chicken and cut into thin long sticks. Also grind cheese and cucumber without skin.
- Season the rice with salt (1 - 2 pinches) and sugar (about 1 tbsp. L.) And cook for 9 - 10 minutes. Add half the rice vinegar to it.
- Lay a nori sheet on a special roll mat (matte side up). Spread the rice with your fingers dipped in the remaining vinegar. One edge of the sheet should be empty for the convenience of folding the dish.
