Ingredients:

  • 420 g of mushrooms;
  • two medium onions and carrots;
  • 135 ml cream;
  • average lemon fruit;
  • oil, spices.

Cooking method:

  1. Flavor fish carcass with spices, sprinkle with citrus juice and set aside for now - let it marinate.
  2. Grind vegetables at this time. In oil, fry them until soft, then put mushrooms to them, add a little salt and pepper. Pour the cream and simmer the foods until all the ingredients are ready. For the recipe, you can take porcini mushrooms or ordinary mushrooms.
  3. We stuff the fish’s belly with the filling, and so that it does not fall out during the baking process, we sew the edges with a thread or simply chop off with toothpicks.
  4. We spread the stuffed fish on the foil, spread the circles of citrus on top, wrap it and send it to the oven for an hour (temperature - 160 ° C).

If there is time and desire, then you can completely clean the fish of meat, that is, pull off the skin from it, like a stocking. The meat will then need to be cleaned of bones and, together with the fried vegetables and mushrooms, chopped to the consistency of minced meat. The filling will only have to fill the skin, the edges of which should then be sewn. The dish is baked the same for two hours.

Ingredients:

  • two onions;
  • one fruit of bell pepper;
  • one big tomato;
  • 180 ml of mayonnaise;
  • any seasonings for fish dishes.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop onion rings and mix with mayonnaise and spices.

  • 130 ml of mayonnaise.
