- Carefully pour half the dough into another container, pour cocoa into it, sifted through a fine sieve. We stir until the viscous mass acquires a uniform chocolate color.
- The bottom and sides of the baking dish. Suitable as heat-resistant, detachable (22-24 cm), and silicone for the cake with a hole in the middle. Well grease it with butter.
- In the center we spread 2 tbsp. l chocolate mass, let it spread slightly. Then in the middle of the brown “spot” add 2 tbsp. l light dough, then again chocolate and again white.
