We offer to make the most popular version of the Spartak chocolate cake. To make the taste perfect, be sure to soak the treat in the refrigerator, leaving it for 13 hours.

You will need:

  • 430 g flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 185 g sugar (for cream);
  • 2 yolks;
  • 750 ml of milk;
  • 115 g of sugar;
  • 1.5 teaspoons of soda;
  • 80 g of spread;
  • 25 g of cocoa;
  • 75 g flour (for cream);
  • 65 ml of honey.

How to cook:

  1. Melt the spread. Pour in honey and sprinkle with sugar. Heat until sugar crystals are dissolved. Enter soda. The mass will turn white.
  2. Sprinkle with cocoa. Pour in the eggs. Stir instantly, otherwise the protein will curl. Add flour. Knead.
  3. Roll up 6 balls. Freeze. After half an hour, roll and bake cakes in turn. Oven mode 180 degrees.

  • 620 g of flour;
  • 210 g sugar;
  • 5 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 1.5 teaspoons of soda;
  • 750 ml of sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey.

How to cook:

  1. Pour sugar into the honey and add the spread. Install the container in a water bath. Warm up. Pour in the eggs and mix instantly. Sprinkle baking soda. While stirring, boil for 6 minutes. Do not allow boiling.
  2. Sprinkle with flour. Enter the cocoa. Knead. Wrap in a bag and send to cool.

  • 170 g of sugar;
  • vanillin;
  • 560 ml of milk;
  • 55 g butter;
  • 420 ml cream;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of starch.

How to cook:

  1. Boil sugar with honey. Pour in the eggs and add the spread. Stir constantly for 7 minutes. Sprinkle baking soda. Add flour and knead. Chill.
  2. Pour granulated sugar into the yolks. Add starch. Whisk. Pour in the milk. Boil it. The cream will be thick. Throw in the oil. Stir. Cool.
  3. Whip the cream. Use only high fat content. Enter into cream. Sprinkle with vanilla. Shuffle.
  4. Roll 8 laps. Bake at 175 degrees. Chill.
  5. Saturate each billet with a creamy mass. Garnish with melted chocolate.

No honey added

You can make Spartak cake without honey.

You will need:

  • 7 tbsp. tablespoons of milk;
  • 190 g of powdered sugar;
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 400 g flour;
  • 250 g of sugar;
  • 450 ml sour cream;
  • 45 g of cocoa;
  • 50 g of butter.

How to cook:

  1. Warm up the milk. Add butter and sugar. Boil it. Pour in the egg. Stirring, cook for a minute. Sprinkle baking soda. Cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle cocoa. Add flour. Knead. Chill.
  3. Roll 4 layers. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven (180 degrees).
  4. Pour the powder into sour cream. Shuffle. Coat the cakes.

With caramel cream and bananas

  1. Warm up the spread. Pour honey and sprinkle with sugar. Boil it. When the products have completely dissolved, pour in the eggs. Sprinkle baking soda. Cook until the mass settles.
