  • a glass of granulated sugar;
  • sour cream (will not even go too fresh) - ¼ liter;
  • wheat flour - 250 grams;
  • salt - ½ teaspoon;
  • a little vanilla.

For cream:

  • a glass of granulated sugar;
  • cold sour cream - 350 grams.

Set to cooking. First of all, we are doing the test.

  1. We break all the testicles into sugar and turn into sweet foam.
  2. Add sour cream to the egg-sugar mixture.
  3. Then, little by little, with a thin stream, pour in the flour. We send salt and vanillin there. Knead the dough.
  4. The dough can be poured into a baking dish (which must be lubricated with oil) and put in a preheated oven. Let it bake. In the meantime, we will proceed to the preparation of the cream.
  5. The process is very simple. All that’s needed is to beat cold sour cream and a glass of sugar.
  6. Baked biscuit cut in half. We generously coat each part with cream on all sides, put it in one structure and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.During this time, the pastries are thoroughly soaked.

Chocolate Sour Cream

This is a recipe for chocolate-eaters who cannot live a day without chocolate. Such a sour cream came to us from France, famous for its exquisite cuisine. The cake is incredibly delicate and fragrant.

 

It is not necessary to pour cream on it - the dessert itself is good. But if you need a festive option, you can make chocolate icing or cream - creamy, yogurt.

You will need products:

  • raw eggs - four pieces;
  • granulated sugar - ½ cup;
  • flour - take one and a half glasses;
  • butter - 130-150 grams will be enough;
  • fresh sour cream - enough glass;
  • salt - ½ teaspoon;
  • baking soda - enough teaspoon;
  • bar of black chocolate.

All components at hand, proceed to cooking.

  1. Melt butter and chocolate bar. We will do it on medium heat and separately. Then the components can be combined and mixed. Best of all - with a wooden spoon.
  2. Sugar is sent to the butter-chocolate mixture. Its crystals should be completely dissolved in a warm liquid mass.

How to cook a multi-layer sour cream?

Despite the relative simplicity, the cake can look very solemn and decorate any holiday table, if you prepare a multi-layer sour cream. First, try to make a dessert of at least four layers.

To do this, you need:

  • a couple of glasses of granulated sugar;
  • as many high-grade wheat flour;
  • baking powder - two teaspoons is enough;
  • raw chicken eggs - 4 pieces;
  • sour cream - 350-400 grams;
  • two tablespoons of poppy seed and cocoa powder;
  • flavourless vegetable oil - residually two tablespoons;
  • for shredded chopped nuts (usually walnuts for sour cream) and raisins.

On cream:

  • sour cream - you need at least 800 grams;
  • icing sugar - take it for your own taste.

We will cook according to the instructions.

  1. Mix the eggs and granulated sugar into a thick foam.
  2. In a sweet egg mixture, we add sour cream, pour oil into the same. All components are mixed.
  3. In advance of the sifted flour, carefully pour it into the liquid mass, we introduce the baking powder into it. The kneading should result in a smooth, lump-free dough with a consistency, like thick sour cream.
  4. We distribute the dough into four bowls. Add nuts, poppy seeds, raisins and cocoa powder to each serving.
  5. Cakes will be baked separately, in turn, laying on a special paper. We preheat the oven to 200 C. In advance, the cakes are baked in 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cooled cakes on all sides generously miss a thick sweet cream of sour cream with icing sugar.
  7. Connect the four-layer sour cream from the cakes and let it soak. To do this, the cake must spend at least six hours in the refrigerator.

How to cook a dessert in a pan?

Necessary products for the test:

  • granulated sugar - one hundred grams;
  • margarine (preferably creamy) - the same amount;
  • sour cream - take 80-90 grams;
  • one raw testicle;
  • one teaspoon of ginger, soda, nutmeg and lemon zest;
  • the same amount of baking powder;
  • flour - 250-260 grams is enough.

For cream:

  • cottage cheese - enough 200 grams;
  • sour cream - you need 400 grams;
  • granulated sugar - not less than 100 grams.

How will we cook?

  1. Ahead of the softened margarine, grind with sugar.
  2. After that we add sour cream to the mixture and drive in an egg. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. Then you can pour spices and mix well, achieving a homogeneous consistency.
  4. Sift the flour into a separate deep bowl and combine it with baking powder.
  5. We introduce dry products in two doses into a liquid aromatic mixture and knead a tough, uniform consistency, dough. We roll it into a ball, send it to cool for an hour in the refrigerator.
  6. We divide the “rested” dough into six or seven parts, which we roll into round cakes of the same size.
  7. We bake on both sides in a pan until we notice the appearance of bubbles.

For those who prefer not to spend much time in the kitchen, but in no case to the detriment of the taste of the dishes, the real find is a recipe for a lazy - open sour cream, seasoned with some homemade jam. And tasty, and easy, and fast. What a modern woman needs, every minute counts.

You can make sour cream cake from:

  • 300 grams of wheat flour;
  • five raw eggs;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 400 grams of sour cream (you need fresh, if not high, then at least medium fat content);
  • 100 grams of ordinary granulated sugar;
  • the same amount of quality cow butter;
  • 10 grams of vanilla;
  • 100 grams of homemade jam. Take cherry to give the delicacy a touch of sourness.

The procedure is as follows.

  1. Coarse butter from the refrigerator coarsely grate.
  2. Sift the flour so that it “breathes in” and combine with the baking powder.
  3. In the resulting dry mixture, send oil, half sugar, one egg. Knead the dough: by consistency, it should resemble a shortbread.

  7. When the cake cools down a bit right in the mold, take it out and put it in the refrigerator. So he should stand for three hours. And if you leave the sour cream overnight, it will be even tastier.
