- 400 g cream cheese (ideally from mascarpone);
- an incomplete glass of sugar;
- 100 ml cream with high fat content;
- 400 g simple cookies;
- 75 g unsalted butter;
- 1 pack of yogurt without filler (125 g);
- 30 g vanilla sugar;
- 200 g sour cream.
If you wish, instead of the indicated volume of granulated sugar, you can take an equal amount of powdered sugar. This will greatly facilitate the process of whipping the cream.
Cooking method:
- To make a cake, you need to take a container with detachable sides, grease it with oil and powder it evenly.
- Finely break the cookies in any available way and mix it with soft butter until a single consistency.
