We leave the cake in the oven for about half an hour, after preheating the oven to 180 °. After readiness, the cake should be cut into two parts. The top should be approximately 1 centimeter thick. We cut in a circle a few edges on the bottom cake. The upper and the trimmings of the lower crust must be crushed very finely.

Next, prepare the cream. Beat butter and condensed milk until smooth, cocoa is sent there. Grease the cake with cream, and then sprinkle with nuts. The remaining nuts are mixed with cream and pre-crushed crust and crumbs.

The mass is laid out and neatly distributed over the entire surface. When the cake is decorated, you need to send it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

With walnuts

  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda;
  • 200 g of nuts;
  • 200 g of oil + another 30 g.
  • can of condensed milk;
  • 150 ml cream 33%;
  • 6 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa;
  • Art. sugar + 1 tbsp. a spoon.

We connect soda with sour cream. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, sift the flour and mix everything. The dough will turn out like a pancake.

We put parchment paper in the form and pour the dough with a layer of about 1 cm. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 °. After readiness we cool.

For cream, mix oil with condensed milk, add pre-chopped nuts.

Now let's start cooking ganache.

Ganache is a very gentle, smooth glaze that does not peel and does not crumble.

Separately, mix cream and sugar, add cocoa. Cook over low heat, controlling the process for 10 minutes. When the mixture begins to thicken, turn off, put the oil. We mix everything.

Putting the cake together. We break the cake and put it in a bowl, fill it with cream, begin to mix well. Next, add the slices so that the cake takes the form of a slide. During laying, we press the pieces lightly with our hands so that they interlock with each other. When all the pieces are laid out, we form a slide of the correct form and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Let us proceed to the glaze.

We take:

  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk;
  • 40 g of oil;
  • 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and cocoa.

Prepare a metal bowl. We mix cocoa and sugar, add milk. We put on low heat and interfere all the time. When the mass is thickened, put the oil and knead well. Sugar should be completely dissolved. Now she can pour the cake.

  • vanilla;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa.

Prepare the first cake. For him, beat 6 eggs with a glass of sugar and the same amount of flour. Pour everything into a greased form and bake at 220 °. Using the same principle, we prepare the dough for the second cake, only the flour is not put a full glass, and it will be with walnuts.

The third cake to be baked is meringue. We take chilled 6 eggs, separate the protein, and beat until stable foam with 2 cups of sugar. Such a treat is baked for at least 3 hours at 110 °.

We will cook custard. We take the yolks left after the meringue, add two more eggs and a glass of sugar. Rub with flour and vanilla, and then add to boiling milk. Everything mixes well until completely thickened. When it cools down, add the oil and beat in a familiar manner.

How to bake with apples

There are many options to bake a cake. We offer another unusual recipe, which includes apples. Cakes are cooked according to the classic recipe with nuts. The cream is made from a can of condensed milk and two hundred grams of oil. The difference between the cake is only in the apple layer. And how to cook it, we will tell below.

We will need:

  • apples - 4 pcs.;
  • nuts - ½ tbsp.

We clean the apples and three on the smallest grater. Next, mix with well-crushed, in a blender, nuts. Putting the cake together. First, put the cake, smear it with cream. Then spread the apple-nut layer.

The cream is prepared simply - condensed milk gets mixed with butter and cocoa.

Before cooking, pour raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes.

Saturate the bottom cake with any impregnation known to you, such as coffee. Spread with cream. The second crust breaks into pieces and mixes with cream and raisins. From the resulting mass, we form the upper crust, making it something like a slide. Homemade cake is decorated with slices of nuts.

With sour cream

Another great recipe, prepare:

  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • Art. flour;
  • 1 tbsp. l cultivator without slide;
  • 4 tbsp. l cocoa;
  • vanillin;
  • ¼ Art. grows up. oils;
  • ½ tbsp milk;
  • 400 ml of sour cream.

We heat the oven to 200 °. We boil water and are simultaneously cooking biscuit.Beat the egg with sugar, add the cultivator and vanillin. Then pour in the sunflower oil and milk. After mixing, and put the cocoa with flour. Now you can knead the dough. Next, add 0.5 tbsp. water pre-boiled. The dough should be slightly thicker than water.
