A cake with a delicate and refined taste will appeal to even a fastidious gourmet.

For cooking you need:

  • 700 g flour;
  • a pack of butter weighing 250 g;
  • 850 ml of sour cream;
  • 150 g of sugar;
  • vinegar slaked soda;
  • ½ kg canned cherries.

Cooking method:

  1. Flour is poured into a deep container through a sieve.

Working process:

  • 450 g of sugar;
  • ½ bag of baking powder;
  • 400 g of frozen cherries.

The main stages of preparation:

  1. Defrosted cherry at night, placed in a colander.
  2. The softened butter is whipped, after which 200 g of sugar is added to the container.
  3. After introducing into the composition with constant stirring 200 ml of sour cream, flour and baking powder are poured into a homogeneous mass.
  4. The kneaded dough after removing their refrigerator, where it "rested" for 2 hours, is divided into 15 balls, each of which is rolled into a rectangular plate.
  5. Over the entire length, the rectangles are covered in the central part with cherries, after which they are folded in the form of rolls and baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. When the base of the cake has cooled, a “blockhouse” is formed from it, which is smeared with air cream. The latter is prepared from the remaining sour cream and sugar, whipped with a mixer.

To make the sweet “structure” more durable, you can use boiled condensed milk. A standard size Izba will require 400 g of fragrant glue.

Also required:

  • 400 g flour;
  • 200 g margarine;
  • the same amount of butter;
  • 250 ml sour cream;
  • cherry.

To make a cake:

  1. Flour is sifted onto the countertop, into which chopped margarine and sour cream interfere.

It is easy to verify this by preparing only:

  • 500 g butter;
  • 500 g flour;
  • 850 ml of sour cream;
  • 200 g of powdered sugar;
  • 30 ml of lemon juice;
  • ½ kg canned cherries.

Basic cooking steps:

  1. 200 g of butter are ground with flour, after which 250 ml of sour cream and a little sugar are added.
  2. For half an hour the dough is sent to the cold, and then divided into equal parts, which are rolled out in the form of rectangles 25 cm long.
  3. Cherries without liquid are laid out in a row on the dough, after which the “logs” already rolled up in a tube are sent to the baking sheet at 180 ° C until golden brown.To make the cream lush, when preparing into a whipped mass of sour cream, powdered sugar and butter, lemon juice is added.
  4. The cooled “logs” are laid out on a dish in a decreasing manner as already described.
