Cooking method:

Ingredients Composition:

  • 1 can of condensed milk (it must first be boiled);
  • 200 g peeled nuts;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 4 eggs;
  • vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • 50 ml of rum;
  • 70 g of honey;
  • 230 g of flour;
  • a pinch of baking soda;
  • a package of butter made from cow cream;
  • 250 g of sugar.

Alcohol from the recipe can be excluded. Then the kids can eat the cake.

In order to reduce the cost of the cake, walnuts can be replaced with peanuts.

Cooking method:

Sweet lovers are also found among the strong half of humanity. One of their favorite desserts is considered the ideal male cake.

Ingredients Composition:

  • 4 eggs;
  • packaging of vanilla sugar;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of honey;
  • 3 cups flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda and table vinegar;
  • a handful of peeled nuts (in a budget option, you can use peanuts, plus 100 g for cream);
  • 1.5 cups of sugar (plus 2 teaspoons for impregnation);
  • 50 ml of brandy;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 small cup of very strong coffee;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 50 g of grated chocolate and nuts for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. Combine the eggs with the sweet ingredients until they form a single structure.
  2. Sift flour there, add baking soda and nut crumbs. Knead the dough out of the mixed ingredients.
  3. Divide the resulting dough into two identical parts and bake each cake in the oven separately. Baking parameters are 40 minutes and 180 degrees.
  4. Check the readiness of the cake using the biscuit baking technology - with a long match or a toothpick.
  5. Finished and slightly cooled cakes are additionally cut into 2 more parts.

  • 1 teaspoon slaked soda vinegar;
  • 3 cups flour (may require a little less);
  • 3 chicken eggs (plus one more for cream);
  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of honey;
  • 50 g margarine;
  • 200 g butter;
  • a small bag of vanilla sugar;
  • 250 g of sugar (in addition you will need the same amount of sugar for the cream);
  • ½ cup milk.

Cooking method:

  1. Dissolve steamed eggs, honey, margarine and sugar.
  2. Introduce soda and steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Add 2/3 flour and warm for another 5 minutes, not forgetting to periodically stir the composition;
  4. Remove from the water bath and immediately introduce the rest of the flour and knead the final composition of the dough.
  5. Roll out 6 cakes - the basis of the future cake. They can be any of the same shape (circle, square, triangle, etc.).
  6. Bake each cake separately until it is browned.
  7. Using a mixer, combine the eggs with sugar until crystals disappear. Pour in the specified milk rate and mix.
  8. Place on low heat and bring to bubble formation, stirring occasionally. Then cool.
  9. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and gradually add the cold egg mixture without stopping the mixer. If desired, vanillin can be added.

Famous culinary gurus do not stop trying to make changes to the classic Ideal cake recipe. One of the results of this was Andy Chef's carrot cake recipe. Cooking dessert is better the day before, because the test takes time to insist.

Ingredients Composition:

  • 275 g of carrots;
  • 400 g of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 340 g flour;
  • 245 g of vegetable oil;
  • a pinch of soda;
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg;
  • 80 g of nuts plus 50 g of sugar for the preparation of nut caramel;
  • 150 g of pear plus 50 g of sugar to create a cake filler;
  • 3 oranges plus 40 g sugar for zest filler;
  • 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients of the cake (flour with soda and spices).
  2. Beat vegetable oil with sugar using a mixer. To improve the taste, it is recommended that half the norm of sugar be replaced with a brown variety. The whipping time should be about 3.5 minutes.
  3. Gradually introduce all the eggs.
  4. Add the prepared dry mixture and knead the composition.
  5. Separately, grate the carrots, squeeze it from excess juice and put into the dough.
  6. Fry raw nuts in a pan (if they were originally unroasted).
  7. Mix with sugar and melt on a slow fire. Keep them there until the nuts are covered with a shiny glaze. After that, you can put them on a silicone mold for solidification.

  9. Remove the zest from the oranges with the help of a peeler. Cut the zest in strips and boil three times, draining each time the water. This will remove the bitterness. Squeeze juice from 1 orange, which must be poured into a zest mixed with sugar. Boil the mass for a couple of minutes and drain the unnecessary moisture through a sieve. After that, cut the straw into pieces 2 cm long.
  10. Add zest, pears and nuts to the carrot dough (leave a few grains for decoration). Immediately pour the mass into 3 identical forms and put in a heated oven.Baking parameters are 35 minutes - 1 hour, temperature 155 degrees.   • 0.5 kg of cherries;
  • cognac;
  • 6 proteins and 12 yolks;

  1. At least one day before the start of cooking, clear the cherries and pour cognac. Cover the container and place in the cold.
