  1. The first step is to prepare the dough. So the dough will rise faster and get very good. Heat half a glass of milk, its temperature should be about 38 degrees. Do not overheat, if the temperature is too high, living organisms die in yeast! But even in a cold liquid, yeast will not work.
  2. Pour half the prepared sugar, yeast, a little flour into the warmed milk. Stir, remove to heat for 15 minutes. During this time, the yeast will begin to work, foam will appear on the dough.
  3. Stir in eggs, salt, soda, sugar, butter (it is better to melt it beforehand) and flour. Knead the dough.
  4. Add the remaining milk in portions, kneading the dough each time.
  5. At the end, add vegetable oil. This ingredient is optional, but it will allow you to cook pancakes with lots of holes!
