  4. Remove the pan from the stove, add the flour and begin to knead the dough. By consistency, it will be the same as for pancakes.
  5. Dissolve soda in a glass of boiling water, then pour both components into the dough, intensively mixing it with a whisk.
  6. At the end of the process, add vegetable fat, again we carefully combine everything, let the product brew for at least 35-45 minutes.
  7. To get delicious pancakes, it’s better to use a thick-bottomed cast-iron frying pan.. It needs to be heated, and only then start baking custard pancakes.
