- 375 g flour;
- 1000 ml of whole milk (fat content 2.5%);

Component components:
- butter (100 g) and sunflower oil (70 ml);
- 1 kg of flour;
- 1 liter of kefir (fat content 3.2%);
- 500 ml of water;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 75 g of regular sugar;
- 7 g of soda;
- 4 g of cooking salt.
Instructions for making pancakes on kefir:
- Pour the fermented milk product into the container, attach the eggs and salt with sugar. Make a homogeneous composition.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. l lean oil;
- 0.6 l of milk;
- 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
- 1 tbsp. with a hill of premium flour;
- 1 tbsp. l white sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 7-10 g of soda soda.
To prepare beautiful pancakes with holes in the following way:
- Beat eggs with granulated sugar and table salt. Attach butter and 300 ml of milk without stopping the intensive connection of products.
- Sift the flour. Slowly add to the liquid component.
- Pour out the remaining milk. With a mixer, continue to beat until foam is obtained.
- Quench soda with vinegar, place in the dough. Let the formed kolobok brew for at least 30-60 minutes.

Thin pancakes without eggs
Components:
- 1 liter milk;
- ½ premium wheat flour;
- 35 ml of sunflower, 90 g of butter;
- 75 g granulated sugar;
- soda, salt - half a spoon each.
Thin delicious pancakes are prepared using the following method:
- Combine dry ingredients. To extinguish soda, place to other products and mix thoroughly.
- Pour 0.5 liters of milk, stir everything so that the dough becomes homogeneous. By consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream. Add sunflower oil, actively combine products.
- Boil the second half of milk. Enter in small portions into the resulting mass, stirring the composition all the time.
- Melt the butter in a pancake pan, add to the dough, bring it to a homogeneous state.
- Bake circles on both sides over medium heat. For other products, it is not necessary to arrange such a greasy “procedure”, because there is enough oil in the dough.
If there are no eggs in the recipe, the pancakes can crack and break. Therefore, a thicker layer of dough is poured into the pan. Moreover, the baking will be the same thin.
On mineral water
For the recipe you will need:
- 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil;
- 350 g of flour;
- 300 ml of mineral water;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 tbsp. l regular sugar;
- 1 tsp. salt and soda.
Cooking pancakes:
- Mix sugar and salt with eggs whipped until foamy, then pour in slightly warmed milk.
- All the while working on the beaters, add flour a little. It should be a thick mass, as for pancakes.

Lenten version on the water
What to do:
- 1 tbsp. purified water and premium flour;
- 35 ml of vegetable oil;
- 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- 1 tsp soda;
- 3.5 g of salt;
- 1.5 g of vanillin.
How to get lean pancakes:
- Sift the necessary amount of flour into the dishes. Slowly pour in water, stirring foods with a spoon all the time.
- Add the remaining bulk components.
- Actively combining the mass, add oil, throw soda, beat the composition with a whisk, and preferably with a mixer.
- Pour the right amount of dough into a hot pan, evenly distribute along the bottom. Cook until bubbles appear, then turn over with a spatula made of wood or silicone.
Depending on personal preferences, you can change the amount of sugar or vanillin.
On sour milk
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 375 g premium wheat flour;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- 35 ml of vegetable oil;
- 500 ml of sour milk;
- ½ sachet of vanillin;
- a few pinches of salt.
Cooking pancakes with holes:
- Combine sugar with eggs, beat with a mixer at low speed. This will help the white crystals to completely dissolve.
- Add the fermented milk product, loosen the composition, then add the vanillin.
- Gradually introduce flour without stopping to beat the mass with a mixer. The consistency of the dough is similar to liquid sour cream.
- Add vegetable fat, and beat the composition with a mixer for a couple of minutes.
