The classic recipe for tiramisu at home

It contains the following products: 160 g of granulated sugar, 4 chicken eggs, 65 g of potato starch, 80 g of flour, 45 g of liquid bee honey.

  2. In another bowl, whisk the whites, gradually adding sugar to them. Strong mass should not leak out of the inverted bowl.

Those who have already fed up on the classic Italian dessert should definitely try making tiramisu with fresh strawberries. In addition to berries (230 g), the recipe will include: ripe soft banana, 70 ml of any fruit juice, 220 g of mascarpone cheese, 350 g of savoyardi (biscuit sticks), 90 g of granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. whipping cream.

  1. Cream and cheese are whipped in separate containers until thick. Further, both masses are neatly connected by a silicone device. It remains to re-beat the mixture, and the cream is completely ready.
  2. A small portion of the berries and banana are crushed by a blender. Any juice is added to the mass.

Cooking on the basis of biscuit cakes

If you plan to turn tiramisu into a full festive dessert, then it is better to cook it with cakes, rather than biscuit sticks. In addition, this option will turn out budget. The recipe will include: 280 g of any unsalted cream cheese, ready-made thick sponge cake, 4 chicken eggs, 1 tbsp. strong coffee, 60 ml of any liquor, 2 tbsp. powdered sugar, cocoa for sprinkling, a pinch of salt, 2 tsp granulated sugar.

  1. The finished biscuit can be cut into thin sticks on the basis of cookies or just split it into two parts in the middle.
  2. For cream, cold proteins are whipped with powdered sugar and salt until a lush, stable foam, and the yolks turn into a thick mass with sugar.
  3. Both masses carefully interfere with the cream cheese to make a thick sweet cream.
  4. The biscuit is soaked in a mixture of liquor and coffee, after which both layers are smeared with cream.

The resulting cocoa cake is decorated, which can be replaced with grated chocolate.

Cottage Cheese Dessert Recipe

To further reduce the cost of Italian treats, you can take ordinary cottage cheese instead of soft cream cheese. Great if it will be a homemade dairy product (460 g). Also used: 170 g biscuit sticks, 5 raw eggs, 1 tbsp. coffee, 2 small tablespoons of liquor, 130 g sugar, 4 tbsp. oily sour cream, cocoa for sprinkling.

  1. For impregnation, coffee is mixed with liquor.
  2. For cream, cottage cheese is whipped with a blender with sour cream and sugar.

You can replace liquor with strong red wine. But in this case it will need a little more.

For tiramisu according to this recipe, you need to choose very high-quality fat cream. It is better to buy specially designed for whipping - 33%. This dairy product will be enough 220 ml. Also taken: 180 g biscuit cookies (savoyardi), 2 tbsp. cognac, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa, 250 g soft mascarpone cheese, 1 tbsp. strong coffee.

  1. First of all, coffee is brewed. It should cool completely by the time the dessert is formed. It is better to use a drink freshly brewed in a Turk or a special machine, but soluble is also suitable.
  2. Next, you can proceed to the cream. To do this, put soft cream cheese in a deep bowl. Fat cream is poured into it, and icing sugar is poured. The recipe indicates the minimum amount of powder that will make a non-sugary dessert. But to its taste, its volume can be increased or even replaced with ordinary sugar.
  3. All components are thoroughly beaten with a mixer or a special blender nozzle. As a result, a thick homogeneous cream should appear in the bowl.
  4. The cooled coffee is mixed with cognac. Biscuit sticks are lowered into this impregnation in turn. If everyone at home loves cookies so that they don’t feel like treats, you can pour coffee and cognac on it. In this case, the sticks are very wet.

It included the following ingredients: 380 g of soft unsalted cream cheese (the usual mascarpone is best), 4 dessert spoons of strong instant coffee, 5 large chicken eggs, half a glass of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. hot boiled water, 2 large tablespoons of brandy, Nesquik dry drink for sprinkling, packing of special cookies for tiramisu (250 g).

  1. Instant coffee is poured with water, after which it is mixed with cognac.
