  1. To prepare the dough, the yeast and granulated sugar are dissolved in the heated milk.
  2. When the sugar crystals dissolve completely, 50 grams of flour is added.
  3. After 20 minutes, eggs are driven into the dough, and a pinch of salt is poured.
  4. After mixing, the sunflower oil and the remaining flour are added.
  5. The flour mass is mixed with greased hands.
  6. When it acquires a soft and smooth structure, the dough rolls into a bowl, remaining in a bowl for 60 minutes, during which the cook will have time to prepare the chosen filling.

Filo dough for strudel
