- First, the cottage cheese is thoroughly kneading with a fork in a deep bowl. Oxygenated flour is added to the dairy product. The mass is salted, sweetened and well kneaded.
- The dough under the cling film should stand in the cold for about half an hour.
- A thick sausage rolls from the brewed mass and is cut into thin pieces. Each of them is slightly rolled out, slightly crumbled in flour and sent to a frying pan with heated non-aromatic oil.
Fried until golden brown on both sides. Served with sour cream or jam.
Oven recipe
Additionally, reducing the calorie content of such a dish will allow its preparation in the oven. The recipe will include not only wheat (2 large spoons), but also corn flour in the same amount. In addition, it is taken: a pinch of salt, a pack of fat cottage cheese, a small spoon of granulated sugar.
- The dairy product is rubbed through the smallest metal sieve.
- Sifted flour and other loose ingredients are added to the curd.

- Small smooth cottage cheese pancakes are formed from the resulting mass, which need to be slightly dusted with flour and fry on both sides on hot fat.

With the addition of bananas
A very successful combination is obtained in syrniki fat cottage cheese and banana. It will take one ripe, soft (but not blackened) fruit. The composition of such a recipe, in addition to banana, includes: a standard pack of medium-fat cottage cheese, a little flour for deboning, a large spoon of granulated sugar, 3-4 tbsp. semolina, a pinch of salt, a small spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- First of all, the fruit is peeled, kneading well with a fork and sprinkled with lemon juice. This will protect the banana pulp from darkening. The fruit will add sweetness to the treat and turn out to be a connecting component (instead of eggs).
- All the remaining components are mixed in a deep bowl: both loose and grated cottage cheese.
- Chubby balls roll out of the resulting dough, flatten with a palm of your hand, sprinkle with flour and put it on a frying pan with hot fat.
- It is fried on both sides to a blush.
To such cottage cheese pancakes you can prepare a gentle banana cream of 80 g sour cream, half a banana and 2 large tablespoons of granulated sugar.
Cheesecakes Minute - no eggs and flour
Any cheesecakes are cooked pretty quickly, but this recipe will surprise even experienced housewives with its speed of cooking and simplicity. In addition, it is also affordable, because in the composition there will be neither wheat flour nor chicken eggs. But only: salt on the tip of a knife, 120 g of cottage cheese, a large spoon of granulated sugar and the same amount of semolina.
- Cottage cheese with all dry ingredients is thoroughly mixed. It is very important to give the mass a little infusion so that the semolina begins to swell. 3-4 minutes will be enough for the whole process.
- If the dairy product was too dry, then you need to add a little any liquid (water, cream, milk or even fresh kefir) to the dough.
- The mixed dough turns out to be loose, but rather sticky. Therefore, it is convenient when using cheese cakes to use a small amount of flour for crumbling them.
- Small flat, rounded billets are fried in hot oil for literally half a minute on each side.
