  • Bulgarian pepper
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • spice.

We start cooking:

  1. Mushrooms cut into slices.
  2. The meat is not cut into strips.
  3. Diced peeled tomatoes.
  4. Peel peppers and onions. We cut them in half rings.
  5. In a deep frying pan we spread onions, tomatoes and garlic. Stew for a quarter of an hour under the lid.
  6. In the resulting mixture, put the meat and add soy sauce. Leave on fire for another fifteen minutes.
  7. Add pepper, mushrooms to pork. Season with sour cream. Leave for another quarter hour on low heat. Stew everything under the lid.
