Ingredients: kilo pork fillet, egg, half a glass of light beer, ¾ tbsp. flour, salt, pepper mixture, 60 ml of soy sauce, 160 ml of water, 140 g of sugar, 90 ml of vinegar (3%), 2 tbsp. l starch, 1 tbsp. l ketchup.

  1. Starch is soluble in cold water. When there are no lumps left in the mixture, you can add ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar to it. After thorough mixing, the mass is sent to a low fire.
