The tool neutralizes important pathogen enzymes and prevents the implementation of various biochemical processes in its cell. Nifuroxazide also destroys the cell membrane of microbes and reduces the production of their toxins.

The tool is highly effective against the following microorganisms:

  • E. coli;

According to the instructions for use, Enterofuril is prescribed for acute diarrhea caused by bacteria and not accompanied by symptoms of acute intoxication (high fever, malaise, headache, etc.).

Indications for the appointment of "Enterofuril" are some conditions, accompanied by frequent loose stools:

During diarrhea, the body loses fluid in significant volumes, therefore, along with the use of Enterofuril, it is important to take measures to prevent dehydration.

The choice of dosage form and dosage of Enterofuril depend on the age of the patient. Children are usually prescribed a suspension, adults - capsules. The drug is used orally, regardless of food intake.
