Cream Cheese Soup - Classic
Ingredients: 2 standard processed cheese, a small young zucchini, onion, carrot, 3-4 small potatoes, 1.5 l of vegetable broth, salt, Italian herbs.
- The first step is to process the vegetables. The peeled potatoes are cut into small, even cubes. Zucchini is also ground. If it is with a thin skin, then you do not need to remove it. The carrots coarsely rub, and the onions are chopped as finely as possible.
- All vegetables are fried over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. At the same time they need to be constantly mixed.
- The mass is transferred to the pan, poured with salt broth and sprinkled with herbs.
- When the potatoes are cooked until tender, slices of cheese are laid out in the soup.
It remains to cook the treat for a couple of minutes and you can serve it for dinner.
How to cook with chicken?
Ingredients: half a poultry of chicken, 2.5 liters of water, salt, a pound of potatoes, large carrots, 220 g cream cheese, 3.5-4 tbsp. l butter fat, 2 onions, various fresh herbs, salt, a mixture of peppers.
- Pieces of meat are poured with water and boiled until cooked. Onion, salt and peppers are immediately added to the boiling water.
- The remaining vegetables are randomly chopped and fried in melted butter.
- An onion is taken from the broth. The meat is removed from the bones and returned to the liquid.If desired, you can strain the broth through several layers of gauze.
- Potatoes are poured into the pan and the dish continues to cook. Once the potatoes soften, you can lay in it and fry.
- After another 6-7 minutes of cooking, cream cheese is laid in the future soup and dissolved with constant stirring.
It remains to boil the soup with melted cheese and chicken for another 10 minutes and you can pour it on plates. Served with chopped fresh herbs.
Mushroom Soup with Cream Cheese
Ingredients: 320 g champignons, 2 tbsp. l white long rice, 2 cream cheese 90 g each, 2 medium potatoes, bell peppers, onion, 2 tsp. lime or lemon juice, butter, salt.
- Thin upper skin with all impurities is removed from mushrooms. After that, they are cut into thin slices and sprinkled with citrus juice.
- The potato is washed, peeled and cut with bars.
- Chopped onions with bell pepper are fried in butter.
- Mushrooms are poured with water (1.2 l) and sent to cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Potatoes are laid out to them, washed in several waters with cereal and roast.
- At this stage, salt is added to the soup, and you can also use any favorite spices.
- When the potatoes and rice are ready, slices of cheese are added to the treat.
It remains to cook mushroom soup with melted cheese until the latter is completely dissolved. Serve such a first dish with garlic croutons.
Sausage Cheese Cream Soup
Ingredients: large carrots, 2-3 medium potatoes, 220 g cream cheese, onion, 190 g smoked sausage, salt, freshly ground black pepper.
- Cubes of raw potatoes are poured with salted water and sent to boil.
- Separately, any chopped vegetables are fried in any oil (best of all, in a mixture of creamy and sunflower).
- Sausage is cut in circles, cheese - in bars.
- Cheese and toast also go to the potato.
- The mass is salted, pepper and boiled until the potatoes are ready.
- Next, the dish is ground with a blender.
- After that, sausage circles are laid in the soup and it is cooked for a couple of minutes.
In the finished dish, you can chop any fresh herbs to taste. Served cream soup with sausage to the table hot.
Smoked chicken
Ingredients: chicken bouillon cube, 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, 80-90 g cream cheese with the addition of “chicken”, smoked chicken thigh, onion, olive oil, carrot, a pinch of ground turmeric, salt, dried dill.
- A broth is prepared from a bouillon cube and 1.5 l of water, where potato slices are sent and boiled until soft.
- At this time, frying is prepared from the chopped remaining vegetables in olive oil.
- All smoked meat is cut from smoked chicken legs and chopped into strips. Sauteed vegetables and chicken are sent to the broth.
- 8-9 minutes later cheese is laid out in the soup, which must completely dissolve in it.
It remains to salt the soup with smoked chicken and cream cheese, add spices to it and then simmer on the fire for a couple more minutes.

Ingredients: a pound of cooked and frozen shrimp in shells, a pound of potatoes, 230 g of cream cheese, medium carrot, 2 tbsp. l lime or lemon juice, onion, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 60 g butter, dried ground basil, salt, 5 tbsp. hot water, a pair of garlic cloves.
- Seafood is thawed, shells are removed from them and a dark vein is removed. Shrimps are sprinkled with soy sauce, crushed garlic is added to them.
- The carrots are very finely rubbed, the onions are cut in miniature cubes, and the potatoes are chopped in small cubes.
- Prepared vegetables are fried in a pan with melted butter and fried until appetizing.
- Then hot water is poured there and potatoes are laid out.
- The mass is salted, brought to a boil and boiled until the potato slices are softened.
- Cheese, spices and citrus juice are added to the pan. After boiling again, shrimps are laid out in the dish.

Composition of products: 170 g of cream cheese, 2 potato tubers, carrots, onions, 90 g of semi-hard cheese, half a bunch of fresh dill, 90 g of sweet corn grains, 1.5 l of any broth, 3-4 slices of white bread, granulated garlic, butter olives, salt.
- All vegetables are peeled, washed, chopped randomly and sent to boil in the broth. The base for the soup is salted to taste.
- Corn grains and cream cheese are sent to the soup. Immediately after adding the last you need to start stirring the broth, otherwise the cheese may stick to the bottom.
- Grated semi-hard cheese and chopped greens are laid out in the pan. The soup is cooked for another 10-12 minutes.
- The bread is cut into thin sticks, sprinkled with olive oil, sprinkled with garlic and sent to bake in the oven until golden brown.

Composition of products: 120 g of cream cheese, a pound of any minced meat, salt, half a carrot, tomato, 2 onions, 4 potatoes, a pinch of sweet paprika.
- One onion grates and mixes with minced meat. The mass is salted and sprinkled with paprika. Miniature balls are molded from the finished “dough”.
- In preheated oil, chopped onions and carrots are first fried, then pieces of tomato and peel are added to them. The mixture is stewed until all vegetables are softened.
- Cubes of potatoes are laid in a pot of boiling water.
- After 15-17 minutes, frying and cream cheese are sent to them.

- Chopped onions and celery are fried in melted butter right in the pan. Already soft vegetables are mashed.
- Flour and broth are introduced into the mass.
- After 5-6 minutes, salt, cheese, beer and pepper are added. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Beer should be poured into the future soup very slowly.
Next, the treat is cooked over low heat for 17-20 minutes.
Cooking in French Recipe
Ingredients: half a poultry of chicken, the same amount of fresh mushrooms, 2 cream cheese, onion, 60 g butter, fresh garlic to taste, 2 l of purified water, salt, Provence herbs.
- The meat is cut into large pieces, fried until golden and transferred to salted boiling water.
- Chopped onions and garlic are fried in well-heated butter along with plates of mushrooms. When all the juice has evaporated from the pan, its contents can be transferred to chicken.
