- Last of all, vermicelli and roast are sent to the pan.

Ingredients: 360 grams of ground beef, 2 onions, carrots, a table egg, a bunch of fresh herbs, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, a pinch of table salt and granulated sugar, a bay leaf, 1-3 garlic cloves.
- Chopped onion and crushed garlic to taste are added to ground beef.

- Meatballs are immersed in boiling salted water with a bay leaf and cooked for 6-7 minutes. You need to remove the foam.
