If the dough sticks to your hands, and not to the pan, then its temperature is too high. Each time between pancakes, cool the surface for about a minute.

What sauce to serve with?

Spring roll sauce can be bought ready-made: plum, choysin, chili, sesame paste, lemon-ginger. Or cook it yourself, Teriyaki sauce is popular for this dish.

Ingredients:

  • ginger - 1 teaspoon;
  • starch - 3 teaspoons;
  • water - 0.4 cups;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • cane sugar - 0.4 cups;
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • olive oil - 1 tsp;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • soy sauce - 0.5 cups.

Cooking:

  1. Take the finest grinding grater. Grind ginger and garlic cloves. Stir with all other products.
  2. Put on fire and boil for six minutes. Cool. Place in a glass dish and cover tightly.

  • rice noodles - 160 g;
  • red cabbage - 55 g;
  • carrot - 2 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the shrimp. Peel and cut along.

  • rice paper - packaging;
  • green onions - 35 g;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • basil - 15 g;
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • cilantro - 35 g;
  • fish sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • Chinese cabbage - 0.5 heads;
  • ginger - 1 root.

Cooking:

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces. Size should be like a pea. Chop the white part of the green onion. Grate the garlic clove and ginger root. Chop the carrots. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Pour oil into a frying pan and warm. Place ginger, garlic and onions. Stir. Two minutes later add chicken. Fry the chicken pieces until cooked. Pour in oyster sauce. Stir and remove from heat. Put the frying on a plate.
  3. Pour oil into a skillet and heat. Put vegetables. Fry and pour soy sauce. Stir and remove from heat.

  3. Pour two tablespoons of soy sauce into the nut paste. Add hot chili sauce, half lime juice and honey. Stir.If the mass is too thick, you can dilute it with water.
  4. Pour half lime juice and a spoonful of soy sauce into the quinoa.
