Classic Italian Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

- beef - 250 g;
- pork - 250 g;
- bacon - 80 g;
- spaghetti - 500 g;
- celery - the same amount;
- butter - 50 g;
- olive oil - 30 ml;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic - ½ head;
- meat broth - 200 ml;
- tomatoes - 800 g;
- red wine - 100 ml.
Cooking method:
- Onions and garlic are chopped and then passerized in a deep frying pan.
- After the vegetables have acquired transparency, carrot chips and celery cubes are added to them.
- When the contents are browned, slices of bacon are sent to the pan, which are fried until the fat is melted.
- The meat is washed, passed through a meat grinder and sent to the pan.
- After acquiring a brownish tint, the contents of the pan are poured with wine and stewed until the liquid evaporates completely.
- The broth is poured into the sauce, peeled and chopped tomatoes are added.
- The sauce is cooked for about an hour until the vegetables are completely boiled.

Spaghetti Bolognese with minced meat is a dish reminiscent of pasta in a naval way, but distinguished by more vivid taste.
It is prepared from:
- 200 g of spaghetti;
- 300 g of ground beef;
- clove of garlic;
- 40 ml of tomato paste;
- 30 g Parmesan;
- a piece of butter;
- pepper, salt, olive oil and herbs.
During:
- In olive oil, salted and seasoned minced meat is fried along with chopped garlic and tomato paste.

With mushrooms sauce

Spaghetti Bolognese in a slow cooker
To prepare a hearty dinner for 4 people, you should get:
- a package of spaghetti;
- 500 g of pork and ground beef;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- onion;
- carrots;
- 2 petioles of celery;
- 250 ml of milk;
- a small amount of butter and olive oil;
- 400 g of tomatoes;
- a piece of Parmesan;
- salt and pepper.
To cook spaghetti using a slow cooker, the following steps are performed:
- Onions, carrots, garlic and celery are chopped and fried in a multicooker bowl in the "Frying" mode
- After 10 minutes, salted minced meat is laid out to them.
- After 7 minutes of frying, the contents of the bowl are poured with milk and continues to be prepared by stirring in the same mode until the liquid evaporates.
- Then the tomato mass is laid out, after which the sauce is stewed in the "Stewing" mode for 15 minutes.
- The sauce is sent to the bowl, and water is poured into the empty clean bowl, where, after boiling, the spaghetti is boiled, according to the instructions on the package.
Cooking option with minced chicken
This is a variation of the classic recipe for a diet menu or children's diet.

- 700 g of minced chicken;

- a package of spaghetti;

- When the vegetables are soft, chopped minced meat is placed on them.
- The loss of pinkish minced meat indicates that it is time to add wine, which is poured in a thin stream and brought to a boil.
- After evaporation of the liquid, the tomato mass from the peeled tomato is laid out to the contents of the pan.
- The sauce is prepared for about 2 hours, 10 minutes before the completion of which, cream is added to it.
- Before serving spaghetti, the bolognese is crushed with cheese.
Lean spaghetti
Lean spaghetti with bolognese sauce can be prepared from the following ingredients:
- red onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- mushrooms - 75 g;
- red pepper (sweet) - 1 pc.;
- broccoli - 50;
- spaghetti - 250 g;
- tomato paste - twice as much;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt, spices and oil.
Preparation Scheme:
- Vegetables are chopped at the request of the chef and sent to the pan for heated olive oil with an interval of 3 - 5 minutes in this order: onions with garlic, carrots, peppers, mushrooms and broccoli.
- Everything is seasoned with tomato paste and crushed with salt and seasonings.
- After the vegetables have acquired softness, the mixture is whipped with a blender to a tender structure, but not uniformity.
- The sauce is sent to the pan, where it is kept hot while spaghetti is cooked.
