  1. Milk needs to be slightly warmed up, pour yeast with sugar into it and leave for a while, usually 30 minutes is enough.
  2. In another container, mix the salt with the egg, and then combine it with milk and yeast.
  3. It remains only to add flour and bring the mass to a smooth state. We turn it into a thin layer, cut it into strips with which we wrap sausages.
  4. We remove them on a baking sheet, if desired, you can coat them with yolk, let stand for about 15 minutes, so that the dough comes up at least a little.Then bake in the oven for 25 minutes, setting the heating level to 180 degrees.

It would seem that science is not great - to wrap sausages in a dough, but it turns out that this can be done in a variety of ways.

  1. Pigtail. To do this, take a small piece of dough, make a cake out of it, into which we put the sausage, the edges, cut it into strips in the downward direction, and then begin to connect them in the middle in the form of a braid.
  2. Flower. You need a blank in the form of an oval, put a sausage inside and completely cover it with dough. Turn the seam down, make cuts along the entire length and connect both edges in a circle.
  3. Cut a layer up to 2 centimeters wide and wrap it with a sausage to make it look something like a cake tube.
  4. Diagonal. We take a piece of oval-shaped dough, completely envelop the sausage with it, turn it over and make diagonal cuts, but only on the dough.
  5. Another interesting way is boat. You will need a rectangular piece, in the middle of which we put a sausage, twist the sides so that we get peculiar sides, and simply pinch the top and bottom. As a result, the sausage should be as if lying in a boat or cradle.
