Sour cream in a slow cooker is a quick recipe for delicious pastries that does not require special culinary knowledge. Such a dessert can be prepared on sour cream, with the addition of berries, fruits and other ingredients. If you show imagination and beautifully decorate pastries, you get a real cake.

Classic Sour Cream in a Multicooker

It is easy to guess that the sour cream is baked on the basis of sour cream. Such a product can be used both for dough and for cream.

In the dough you can even put sour milk product, but for the cream you need a thick and fresh product.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • two eggs;
  • 1 tbsp. sweet sand;
  • two teaspoons of ripper;
  • 1 tbsp. premium flour.

For cream:

  • 1 tbsp. sweet powder;
  • one and a half glasses of sour cream (oily).

Cooking method:

  1. In the bowl of the blender, add the sweetener, drive in the eggs and put the sour cream. Beat until smooth.
  2. After we introduce the flour with a cultivator, beat for a couple of minutes.
  3. Pour the base into the oiled bowl and cook in the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
  4. After the signal, we turn the pastries and bake in the same mode for another ten minutes (no more).
  5. For cream, just mix the dairy product with powder. For flavor, you can put vanilla.
  6. Cut the cooled cake in half. We coat one half with cream, put the second, on top and sides we also apply cream mass. Ready dessert can be decorated with berries or chocolate chips.

Cooking with condensed milk

Today there are different options for making sour cream, including based on condensed milk.

For the recipe, we take the usual white condensed milk without any additives.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • half a glass of condensed milk;
  • two eggs;
  • teaspoon of soda;
  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • 1 tbsp. sweet sand.

For cream:

  • a can of ordinary condensed milk;
  • a spoonful of butter;
  • teaspoon of coffee.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat eggs with a sweetener until the sweet particles dissolve completely. Then pour the condensed milk and sour cream, mix.
  2. We introduce the flour, add slaked soda, knead the dough and bake the base in a slow cooker, setting the “Baking” mode for an hour.
  3. For cream, take a teaspoon of instant coffee and dilute it with a spoon of water. After, combine with soft butter and condensed milk.
  4. We cut the finished cooled sour cream into two cakes, coat with cream and give time to soak.

Chocolate Recipe

If you prefer chocolate baking, then you can bake a sour cream pie with cocoa or add a melted chocolate bar.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream;
  • 1.5 tbsp. sweet sand;
  • 1 tbsp. with a hill of flour;
  • two tablespoons of cocoa;
  • three eggs;
  • teaspoon of soda.

Cooking method:

  1. The multicooker bowl can be immediately coated with oil and installed in the appliance.
  2. From the total number of ingredients, measure out half the sour cream and half the sweetener, combine, beat in the eggs and beat.
  3. After, we fill the flour with a cultivator and cocoa, mix the chocolate dough.
  4. Pour it into the bowl and bake the base for an hour (Baking mode).
  5. The remaining fermented milk product and sweet sand are mixed, for the aroma you can put vanillin.
  6. Grease the finished cake with cream and cool before serving.

Poppy sour cream in a slow cooker

Poppy sour cream can be baked not only with poppy seeds, but also add a few nuts to the composition.

For greater aroma and taste, we recommend chopping them and slightly drying them in a pan.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • incomplete glass of sour cream;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of ripper;
  • an incomplete glass of sweet sand;
  • half a glass of poppy;
  • incomplete glass of flour;
  • two eggs.

For cream:

  • 110 g of nuts;
  • 90 ml of sour cream;
  • sweet sand to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Break the eggs into the bowl, fill in the sweetener and pour in the fermented milk product. We immerse the whisk of the mixer and beat the mass until smooth.
  2. Then we fill in flour, poppy and a cultivator, mix and bake poppy cakes in a slow cooker for 50 minutes in the Baking program. After the signal, we turn the cake and cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. For the cream, put the sweetener to taste in sour cream, add the chopped nuts.
  4. Lubricate the cakes with the resulting composition and sprinkle dessert with poppy seeds or nuts.

With apples, berries and nuts

If you have acquired such a miracle technique, then try to bake a sour cream in it. The recipe is simple, the products are affordable, and the dessert itself is very tasty. Especially if you cook a sour cream with fruits, berries and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • a glass of flour and sour cream;
  • a glass of sweetener;
  • 125 g margarine;
  • a third kilo of sweet apples;
  • any berries (you can frozen);
  • walnuts
  • two eggs;
  • teaspoon of ripper;
  • cinnamon, vanilla, salt.

Cooking method:

  1. The softened margarine (butter) is ground with a sweetener, add vanilla and eggs, beat.
  2. After, we fill in flour, salt and a cultivator, mix.
  3. Peel the apples, finely chop and sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
  4. Grind some nuts, leave the rest for powder.
  5. Mix apples with nuts, cinnamon and two tablespoons of sweetener. We poison the nut-fruit mass into the dough and mix.
  6. Pour part of the dough into the oiled bowl of the device, put the berries and cover them with the remaining base. We turn on the “Baking” mode and cook for up to one and a half hours.

Cake with curd cream

A delicious sour cream can be prepared with any cream. If you adore cottage cheese, then impregnation can also be made from it. For a beautiful serving, decorate the finished dessert with icing, and then we get a real sour cream cake.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 tbsp. thick sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • 125 g margarine;
  • on a teaspoon of ripper and vanilla.

For cream:

  • one and a half packs of cottage cheese;
  • one and a half glasses of sour cream;
  • up to 100 g of sweet sand;
  • teaspoon of vanilla.

For glaze:

  • 55 g butter;
  • 65 ml of milk;
  • two tablespoons of sweet sand;
  • two tablespoons of cocoa;
  • ¼ cans of condensed milk.

Cooking method:

  1. The first step is to grind the egg sweetener, pour the melted butter, add the sour cream and fill in all the dry ingredients for the dough. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. In the “Baking” mode, bake the sour cream for 65 minutes.
  3. At this time we’ll make a cream. Everything is simple here: we grind the sweet sand with sour cream, curd product and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Cut the finished cake into two or three parts and coat well with cream.
  5. It remains only to pour the dessert with glaze. To do this, over low heat melt the butter, pour in the milk, add sugar and cocoa. Cook for three minutes, then remove from the stove and mix the composition with condensed milk.
  6. Sour cream can be simply glazed or decorated with a pastry bag.

Sour cream for losing weight in a slow cooker
