- Put dried fruits in a bowl with boiling water. Leave them to swell for about five minutes. Then the dried fruits need to be transferred to a colander. Rinse under running water, dry with a paper towel. Cut dried apricots and prunes into small pieces.
- We smear the form in the bread machine with butter.
- We bring all the ingredients to the bread machine.
- Close the lid. Select for baking mode "Sweet pastries." The baker will knead the dough herself and bake the bun.
- Bake sweet bread in a bread machine for about half an hour. A signal sounds that the cooking time has ended. Bread can be removed and served.
Cooking according to the Italian recipe.
The necessary ingredients to prepare Italian sweet bread:
- sugar sand - 250 g;
- drinking water - 200 ml;
- 100 g cream;
- butter (melted) - 200 g;
- 5 chicken eggs;
- 0.5 kg of premium flour;
- almond nut - 150 g;
- one lemon;
- dried fruits - 300 g;
- two oranges;
- vanilla sugar - 10 g;
- 50 g high-speed yeast (dry).
Step by step preparation of sweet bread:
- Pour yeast into a plate with warm water, a teaspoon of white flour and the same amount of granulated sugar. Mix well. Put the plate for 10 minutes in a warm place.
- Drive eggs into another bowl. Pour sugar in them. Beat the ingredients with a whisk.
- Take a deep basin. Pour into it the contents of two plates, cream, melted butter. Pour flour, sugar into the basin. Knead the dough. We cover the basin with a towel and put it in the heat for 3 hours.
- In the meantime, prepare the fruit. Cut citrus fruits (with zest) into pieces. Soak dried fruits in warm water for 5 minutes, finely chop.
- We add nuts, dried fruits, citrus fruits and vanilla sugar to the lush dough. Knead the dough with your hands so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- We cover the baking container with oil. From the dough we make a big bun. We dump it in a baking dish. Cover the dough with a cloth. We put in a warm place. After 60 minutes, the dough will become magnificent.
- We put the container in a preheated oven. After 40 minutes, the baking should be browned. The bread is ready!
- We take out the baked sweet bread from the mold. We put it on the table and wrap it in a cloth.

- 0.5 kg of premium flour;
- 35 g of sunflower oil;
- 16 g dry yeast;
- butter - 25 g;
- two eggs (chicken);
- 3 g of salt;
- 85 g of sugar;
- 220 ml of cow's milk;
- raisins (seedless) - 40 g.
Detailed instructions on how to make sweet bread:
- Pour yeast and 20 grams of sugar into a plate. Pour warmed milk into the container. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. We set the bowl for 10 minutes in a warm place.
- Take a basin, add melted butter, sugar, diluted yeast, eggs, flour, salt to it. Knead the dough with your hands. We cover the pelvis with a thick cloth and set it in a warm place. In two hours, the dough will double in size.
- Into the magnificent dough we interfere the raisins.
- We form six koloboks of the same size from the dough.
- We take a rectangular container for baking. Coat it with sunflower oil. In it we put the balls tightly to each other.

List of required products:
- dark chocolate - 100 g;
- 8 g of yeast (dry);
- one egg (chicken);
- milk (cow) - 100 ml;
- premium flour - 0.5 kg;
- 100 ml of drinking water;
- butter (melted) - 30 g;
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sugar - 40 g;
- 5 g of vanillin;
- salt (table) - 3 g.
Step by step preparation of chocolate bread:
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Set them aside for 10 minutes.
- We add warmed milk to the basin. We add sugar, sifted flour, butter, salt, vanillin, yeast, eggs to it. Knead the elastic dough with your hands. We cover it with a cloth. We remove the dough in a warm place for a couple of hours.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and mix it into a lush dough.
- We cover the baking container with sunflower oil. We dump the dough into it. We cover the form with a towel and clean it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- We put the form in the oven (preheated). Bake sweet bread for 40 minutes.
How to bake in a slow cooker
Ingredients:
- 2.5 tsp dry yeast;
- 200 ml of kefir;
- premium flour - 650 g;
- 140 g of sugar;
- table salt - 4 g;
- 7 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- three eggs (chicken);
- 2 g of vanillin;
- 160 g of raisins (seedless).
Baking step by step:
- Put raisins in boiling water. After 20 minutes, discard in a colander, dry it with a towel.
- Stir the yeast in warm water. We remove them for 10 minutes in a warm place.
- We put eggs and sugar in a bowl and stir them with a fork.
- Pour yeast, egg mixture, kefir and vegetable oil into a deep basin. Pour salt, vanillin, flour into it. Knead the elastic dough. Cover the pelvis with a cloth and put it in a warm place for 2 hours.
- Into the magnificent dough we interfere the raisins.
- Coat the bowl in the slow cooker with oil (sunflower). Place the ball of dough.
- Turn on heating in the multicooker. After 10 minutes, turn it off. Leave the dough in it to approach (for about 30 minutes).
- We bake bread in the multicooker for 60 minutes by choosing the “Baking” mode. Then you need to turn it on the other side. Bake another 40 minutes.
- We take out the finished bread and wrap it in a cloth.
"Monkeys" sweet bread
The list of necessary products for the preparation of dough:
- salt (table) - 3 g;
- 3 g of vanillin;
- 50 g butter;
- premium flour - 0.5 kg;
- high-speed yeast (dry) - 5 g;
- 300 ml of milk;
- 50 g of granulated sugar.
The list of ingredients for the preparation of sprinkles:
- 150 g cane sugar;
- 50 g butter;
- cinnamon (ground) - 40 g.
Step by step cooking:
- Add flour to the basin. Add vanillin, yeast, salt, sugar. Mix the ingredients.
- Pour melted butter, warm milk into the basin. Crumple the dough with your hands until it becomes elastic.
- The pelvis is covered with dense matter and put away in a warm place for an hour.
- Then we crush the dough with your hands and cover it with dense matter. We clean the pelvis in a warm place for 60 minutes.
- We divide the magnificent dough into pieces of the same size and form balls of 3 cm in diameter from them.
