There is not a single person on the planet who would not like sweet buns. There are hundreds of simple recipes for creating them, and even more ideas for fillings. Each recipe is good in its own way, but we will consider only the best of the best.

Sweet Yeast Dough Buns
Milk buns are the most popular. The dough comes out tender, really tasty, not comparable with anything.
Prepare:
- 55 g of yeast;
- half a pack of oil;
- half a liter of milk;
- 4 eggs + 1 yolk;
- 700 g sifted flour;
- vanillin.
To cook the buns from yeast dough in the oven we will:
- Let's make a dough. We warm the milk (about 100 ml) to a barely warm state. We break the indicated amount of yeast into it and put a little sugar.
- In another container, mix milk, the remaining sugar, 4 eggs and the butter dissolved in the fire. As soon as the yeast begins to bubble, you can pour them into the milk composition. Flour is added portionwise. It must first be sieved so that it is saturated with oxygen.
- The dough should not be tight. Kneading, leave it to stand where warmer. As soon as the base tripled, consider that it is ready, and it's time to start baking.
- Small balls of dough are greased with yolk and stand for about 15 minutes. They are baked at t 190 ºС. After a third of an hour, buns can be tasted!
Cooking on kefir
Buns made of dough mixed with low-fat kefir will be fantastically delicious. The recipe is designed for about a couple of dozen servings.
You will need:
- low-fat kefir - half a liter;
- premium flour - 600 g;
- salt;
- sweet sand - 2 tbsp .;
- vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp .;
- butter - 80 g;
- yeast - 22 g;
- cinnamon;
- Cocoa - 0.5 tsp
The action algorithm is simple:
- Kefir is heated to 30 degrees.We send a couple of spoons of sugar, sunflower oil, salt and yeast to it. Mix everything and leave to rest for up to five minutes.
- Now fill the flour in fractional portions, stirring all the time. When the composition becomes elastic, cover it and set it to approach. It is important not to knead the bun - a tough and tough dough. If it sticks to your hands a little, coat them with vegetable oil and start sculpting buns.
- For the filling, melt the butter and mix it with cinnamon, sugar, cocoa.
- If the dough is liquidy, you can grease the table with oil.
- We make a cake, distribute the filling over it with an even layer, roll up a tight roll. Cut it and place the servings on a baking sheet.
- We bake at t 190 ºС.
On margarine
Margarine is the most popular ingredient in baking. The dough with it will always be magnificent, fragrant and incredibly delicious.
Take:
- 750 g of flour;
- a pack of yeast;
- 300 ml of milk;
- Art. l Sahara;
- 1⁄4 kg of margarine;
- salt.
We will cook like this:
- We dissolve the yeast in a small volume of water, add sugar and leave for a quarter of an hour.
- In the melted margarine, add milk, salt and flour in fractional parts (until 250 grams, in the future - more). Now you can add here the same yeast that has already come up with foam. Yeast is not added to pure margarine, but pre-mixed with flour.
- Margarine with flour is sprinkled portionwise, about 3 times, stirring thoroughly all the time. The dough is kneaded until it stops sticking to your hands.
- Sprinkle it with flour and leave to come. For 4 hours, you need to knock it out a couple of times, giving you the opportunity to approach again.
- When everything is ready, divide the dough into several parts, roll out thin cakes, grease them with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll the rolls and then cut them into small pieces. You can give the buns any shape you like.
Bake homemade buns until cooked at t 190 ºС.
Sweet buns on sour cream
Yeast dough will be even tastier if it is based on sour cream.
To execute this recipe, we take:
- Art. l yeast
- 0.5 tbsp. water;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 g of sour cream, butter and sugar;
- 200 g of flour.
The dough is enough for about 12 rolls.
- Pull the oil out of the refrigerator in advance to make it soft. In the meantime, we begin to prepare the dough. Let's dissolve the shiver in warm water and add a spoonful of sugar, leave it all for a quarter of an hour.
- Mix eggs, sugar, butter and sour cream together. 1 yolk set aside - we will grease them with buns on top.
- Pour the resulting mass into a dough and mix everything well. Flour should be mixed in gradually. It is believed that the dough, mixed in a good mood and only with your hands, will be really tasty and well suited.
- As soon as the dough ceases to stick to the table and hands, it is ready. Leave it for a couple of hours, periodically tamping.
- After this time, you can roll out the base and begin to form buns. We cover the baking sheet with paper, make billets, balls, grease them with sugar mixed with yolk, and leave to approach.
- Bake at t 190 ºС until cooked.
The most delicious and delicate pastries
Very tender bagels are made from yeast dough.
For cooking, take:
- a pound of flour;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 25 g of yeast;
- a pack of oil;
- 75 ml of milk;
- half a glass of water;
- some vanillin and salt to taste.
This recipe will not require much time and effort:
- We pour yeast into flour. Then add eggs and water there.
- Pour the melted butter into the mass, after allowing it to cool slightly.
- Pour the flour gradually, knead the dough.
- We roll it out and cut it into triangles. Any filling, for example, raisins or pieces of chocolate, will do.
- We roll small triangles with filling into a bagel and bake at t 200 ºС.
With poppy seeds
For cooking, any of the above yeast dough is suitable. As a filling, take a poppy.
There is a special procedure for its preparation:
- We boil milk and put grains in it. Leave to swell for at least 6 hours. Better at night. Although for the express version, a couple of hours is enough. The shell will become softer, which means it is easy to process.
- Drain the milk. In another container, boil water and pour into it a swollen poppy.
- Then leave it to simmer for 40 minutes over low heat. For taste, add honey or sugar.
- When the poppy cools down, put it in a blender and chop.
The filling is ready!
Sweet Raisin Buns
Sweet sweet lush buns go well with raisins. Such a dish will be a pleasant treat for tea.
Opara:
- milk - 150 ml;
- yeast - 15 g;
- a spoonful of sugar;
- flour - 5 tbsp. l;
- salt.
Dough:
- a pound of flour;
- 70 g of oil;
- 1/2 tbsp. milk;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 2 eggs (2 protein and 1 egg yolk - dough, 1 egg yolk - grease rolls on top);
- 150 g of raisins.
Getting started:
- The dough is preparing simply. Sugar, yeast and salt are put in a container, pour milk and stir until the mass is homogeneous. Milk needs to be poured about half a cup, and put the flour so that the dough is liquid. It will take about 5 spoons. The more flour and milk, the longer the dough will take.
- Put the sponge in the oven, heated to 40 degrees, for about half an hour. In the meantime, beat 2 protein and 1 egg yolk with sugar. When a small froth appeared, pour the dough into the eggs with sugar.
- Then cut a piece of butter into small pieces and mix the dough. Pour the warmed milk there and add three glasses of flour.
- Pour raisins directly into the dough. Knead until a spoon.
- Knead to the end on the table until the composition is elastic.
- In a bowl and warm, the dough covered with a towel should stand for about an hour.
- The finished base is divided into pieces from which balls are formed. Billets are left for a quarter of an hour, after which they are baked at 200 ºС.
Cinnamon
In this case, you can cook any dough, but yeast in milk, prepared according to the principle described above, is ideal.
Cinnamon as a filling can be prepared in two ways.
- The first is really simple, because in it you just need to mix a couple of tablespoons of cinnamon with the same amount of sugar.
- The second is implemented in the same way, only the resulting composition is also combined with butter. Then the filling is not loose, but as thick as cream. It is very convenient to lubricate the cake, and then turn it into a roll.
From the dough in the bread maker
A bread machine is an ideal device for kneading dough. This is very convenient, because the technique does everything by itself.
Prepare:
- salt;
- glass of water;
- 1/4 Art. Sahara;
- 1/4 vegetable oil;
- 2 eggs;
- 1⁄2 kg of flour;
- yeast.
In this case, everything is not more complicated than in the previous ones:
- Pour water into the capacity of the breadmaker and alternately put all the other ingredients.
- Sow flour and fall asleep 450 g (50 leave for rolling). Lastly, put the yeast.
- We put the container in the bread machine, set the mode for the test and wait until everything is ready. When the bread maker copes with the task, it will make a characteristic sound.
- We take the finished base for baking from the tank and prepare buns with any filling. If you want to use raisins, then you need to fill it with the ingredients of the dough in a container.
As the filling, you can use jam, dried fruits, berries, etc. When everything is ready, bake buns from yeast dough in the oven.
Vanilla sweet buns "like fluff"
Sometimes you want a simple, uncomplicated baking, which does not take much time and money. This recipe is just that.
Take:
- milk - 300 ml;
- flour - 600 g;
- salt;
- sugar - 100 g;
- yeast - 2 tsp;
- butter - 50 g, vegetable - 2 tbsp. l;
- egg;
- vanillin.
To execute this recipe we will use a combine.
- Pour milk and all the ingredients into the bowl, except for butter. Melt it separately and pour into an almost finished dough with a neat stream.
- After, we continue to interfere with the composition in the "Dough" mode.
- Then put it in a bowl, cover it on top, and wait a while until it triples.
When the dough for sweet buns is suitable, you can form small portions of balls. We grease them with yolk, let it come back again for about 15 minutes and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.
With jam
Jam buns can be prepared from any of the above dough. True, it is very difficult to use jam in its pure form. It will leak and can spoil all baking. To prevent this from happening, you can use several tricks.
Based on 1 glass of jam, you can add to thicken:
- 2 tbsp. l flour;
- 1 tbsp. l decoys;
- 1 tsp starch.
So baking will turn out really tasty, beautiful, airy and will look very impressive on the table.
