- Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Liquid caramel should form in the container, and most of the juice should evaporate. Do not leave the mass on fire for a long time. It should not be mashed.
- Turn dry cookies with a blender into small crumbs.
- Roll out each pita bread and sprinkle with cookies on one side. Put ¼ of the filling from the pan on top.
- Turn the edges of the pita bread to the middle, covering the apple mass, and then roll the workpiece into a roll. Make out the remaining pita bread in the same way.
- Place all four blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment and cover with a beaten egg.
- Bake strudel with apples at 190 - 195 degrees for about a quarter of an hour.
