A delicious and uncomplicated dessert for any holiday is a chocolate cake with kefir. To make this baking, you can take both fresh and slightly spoiled kefir, but with a fresh sour-milk product, the dough will be softer and more tender.

Quick chocolate cake on kefir

The smell of baking always creates a cozy atmosphere in the house.

To prepare a quick dessert you will need:

  • kefir - 0.3 l;
  • 370 g flour;
  • 250 g of sugar;
  • 2 medium chicken eggs;
  • 80 g of cocoa;
  • 65 g of butter;
  • 7 g of soda;
  • condensed milk for lubrication.

A simple recipe for a quick dessert:

  1. In a separate container, first add soda to the flour, then sugar and cocoa. In the second container, prepare the liquid from kefir, butter, eggs.
  2. Slowly pour the liquid into the dry and mix thoroughly. A uniform dough is needed.
  3. Oil the form and pour the dough into it. Place in an oven warmed to C. After 25 minutes, reduce to C and cook for the same amount of time.
  4. After turning off the cake should stand for a quarter of an hour. Then get it and wait until it cools down. Cut into several shortcakes and season with boiled condensed milk. After half an hour, the cake is ready to eat.

Tip: For each recipe, it is recommended to use butter, but not margarine.

  1. Grind eggs with sugar with a blender. Pour kefir with oil, stir until smooth. In a separate container, combine the flour with a baking powder, pour cocoa with vanilla.
  2. Pour dry into the liquid composition and prepare a homogeneous dough. Oil the multicooker, pour the dough. Cook an hour on the Baking program. Add time as needed.

  5. Cream: add sugar to sour cream, leave for 15 minutes - let the sugar crystals dissolve well. Soften the butter and beat with a blender. Combine with sour cream, beat and place the cream in a cold place for 20 minutes.
