  8. It will take at least 45 to 50 minutes to bake. To control readiness, the product should be pierced with a regular match. If it remains clean, the cake can be removed.

  1. Mix semolina with kefir and set them aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs with a mixer into the foam with sugar.
  3. Add semolina already swollen by this time.
  4. Introduce baking powder simultaneously with cocoa.
  5. Pour in sifted flour. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the cooked dough into the mold. It takes only 30 minutes to bake in the oven. The temperature inside the chamber should be at least 180 degrees.
