You will need:

  • cheese - 40 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • half onion;
  • sunflower oil - 40 ml;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Rinse the fillet before starting the manipulation and cut into small pieces.
  2. Grate the cheese (preferably hard) with a fine grater and pour it into the meat pieces.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves, wash, chop in any convenient way. Pour to the previous ingredients.
  4. Chop onions, before washing it. Put in a pan greased with sunflower oil. Fry until golden.
  5. Add the fried product to chicken, grated cheese and garlic. Here, break the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle flour.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together, add a little greens to taste.
