Kebab in tomato and sour cream marinade

This delicious restaurant dish is prepared in a maximum of an hour, and on average in 45 minutes.

Structure:

  • pork neck - 1 kilogram;
  • fresh medium-sized tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
  • sour cream (15%) - 1 multi-glass;
  • bulbs - 3-4 pcs.;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • salt, pepper, seasonings - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Consider meat, choose the most delicious and best parts of it, wash it, clean it of everything superfluous, and these are bones, skin, veins and so on. If the meat is fat, remove the fat, leave it to the discretion of the cook. After all the manipulations, the flesh can only be cut into small pieces. Meat for barbecue should be paired and in no case frozen.
  2. Now you can do the onion, it needs to be washed, peeled and chopped. Usually it is cut in large thick rings. This is necessary so that everything is cooked evenly and simultaneously. Mix onion with salt and carefully monitor so that there is more juice.
  3. Remove skin from tomatoes, cut into cubes (small size).
  4. Press the garlic and mix it with sour cream.
  5. Marinade is prepared by mixing sour cream with garlic, tomato and onion.
  6. We shift the meat component into the mixture and leave it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator so that it is saturated.
  7. We put the meat in the slow cooker, add a little oil, turn on the frying mode, if there is no baking mode. We set the time for half an hour. Leave the lid open, otherwise the meat will be stewed. It is important to turn on the hood.

Kiwi meat in a slow cooker

What is needed:

  • Kiwi - 2-3 pcs.;
  • chicken thighs - 1 kg;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 3-4 pcs.;
  • spice.

This is probably the easiest recipe you could come up with.

  1. We wash the kiwi and two onion heads, clean.
  2. Mix in a blender, turning into mashed potatoes. It turns out the sauce.
  3. The remaining onion and pepper are cut into rings.
  4. We wash the chicken and dry it.
  5. Pepper, salt, add sauce, vegetables, spices.
  6. We let it brew for an hour, after which we place the composition in the slow cooker, select the “Baking” mode, the time is 30-35 minutes.

You can experiment with marinade for meat. New ways to improve the taste, such as flower honey or fruits: pineapples, apples or oranges, will transform chicken skewers.

Pork with apple cider vinegar

The most popular dish is barbecue pork in a slow cooker. Try pickling it in apple cider vinegar.

You will need:

  • pulp of the neck - 1 kilogram;
  • onions - 500 grams;
  • apple cider vinegar - 200-250 milliliters;
  • spices, salt.

How to cook:

  1. Cut onions into large rings, mix with washed meat, salt, do not forget about seasoning and pepper.
  2. Apple cider vinegar here acts as a marinade. They poured meat. If there is a home component, use it. The marinade should be prepared exclusively in glass, plastic, or ceramic dishes, since in another dish the food will have an unpleasant taste. Acid acts on the metal.
  3. We let it brew for three hours.
  4. Remove, peel the onion, lower it into the slow cooker, select the “Baking” mode, the time is 50 minutes. The result is a juicy, sweet and sour meat.

Cooking Veal with Wine

In fact, this recipe is no different from previous options. The meat comes out spicy, has a rich taste and a slightly sharp shade.

 

What is needed:

  • veal - 1 kg;
  • dry wine - 250 milliliters;
  • tomato sauce, hot - one tablespoon;
  • mustard - one tablespoon;
  • rosemary - one tablespoon;
  • clove of garlic - 5-6 pieces (to taste).

How to cook:

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Marinate in a mixture of wine, seasonings and crushed garlic for an hour and a half. Pickle exclusively at low temperature.
  3. Select the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes. The process is carried out with the lid open.
