  • a bunch of parsley;
  • 1 onion head;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • one kilogram of beef tenderloin;
  • salt pepper.

It is necessary to cook according to the following recipe:

  1. Wash the tomatoes, peel the onion.
  2. After passing the ingredients through a meat grinder, rinse the meat, cut it into pieces, as well as pepper and salt.
  3. After pouring the workpiece with the onion-tomato mixture, add lemon juice.
  4. Stir the ingredients and marinate for half an hour.
  5. Cut parsley.

  • 1 kg of lamb;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 lemon

  • pepper and salt.

The dish is prepared in the following order:

  1. If mutton neck with bones, we cut them out. You can not throw the bones, but cook the soup.
  2. Cut the pulp into pieces, peel the onion and cut into rings. The pieces should be medium in size, if they are too small, they will dry out, and if large, they will be poorly fried.
  3. Add a few slices of lemon.
  4. Crush the ingredients with your hands and mix, adding spices. Onions will give juice, due to which you get a delicious marinade.
  5. Mix lamb chunks with lemon slices and onions. Sprinkled with salt, push them with your hands.
  6. Having covered the dishes with a plate, let the marinade stand in a cold place for several hours.

Cooking rabbit in the sleeve is very simple: the meat is pickled for 15 minutes.

To prepare this dish in the oven, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 600 g rabbit fillet;
  • three small onions;
  • one tablespoon of spices;
  • 70 ml of white wine;
  • 50 g of salt.

The main stages of cooking:

  1. After washing the rabbit fillet, dry it with a towel and cut into cubes.
  2. Salt the meat, sprinkle it with wine.
  3. After that, add some spices. If they are not, spices for chicken are suitable. After mixing all the ingredients, we cover the bowl with the rabbit lid and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Next, cut the onion rings. Since the kebab will be cooked in the oven and on skewers, we use a small and oblong onion. Combining the onion rings with the pulp, mash the ingredients and cover with a thin film again. After that, put the workpiece in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. When the rabbit is marinated, we proceed to the preparation of the barbecue. Before this, grease the skewers with a small amount of vegetable oil (first check their integrity). We string the meat and onion rings in turn.

Spread the meat strung again with wine. In its absence, lemon juice is suitable.

Finally, we wrap the meat in a pre-prepared foil (we fasten its edges so that air does not enter). After heating the oven, put the skewer on a special grill. In half an hour the dish will be ready.

As an option, we use not white wine as a marinade, but sour cream. We serve the finished dish with herbs or vegetables. To taste the meat is tender.
